I made this today exactly like in the video and it turned out to be the best. My family loved it so much they finished it the moment I placed them on the dining table.
Some pro tips for you all , as I made Rasgulla on Regular basis ◾use Cow Milk ◾Hold the chena more than 1/2 hr. To set it properly. ◾ Scramble chena and then add little amount of Awraroot or maida . ◾Make smooth dough and knead the dough smoothly approximate 8 minutes. ◾press Paneer dough in between your palms couple of times before rolling it like a ball. This will prevent cracks on Rasgullas. ◾Use a big stainless steel pot ◾ Rasgullas need good amount of space to expand and maintain their shape . So do not crowd the pan Otherwise Rasgullas loose their shape and become flat. ◾After pouring Chena into chashni cover it with lid and let it boil at medium flame for 8minutes . Chashni should not be too thick. After that Remove the lid and stir it and let it boil for other 3 minutes, then again cover it with lid and let it boil for 4minutes . Time place an important role to make Rasgullas . ◾Then turn off the flame and stir it and tap it softly. ◾when Rasgulle becomes so squeeze it and pour it into Ice water . And then after 2-3minutes pour it into chashni ( after squeeze) again. By this Rasgulle don't change their shape and Size , they are sponge and soft even after you put it in Freeze . ◾Keep it in Freeze after 5-6 hrs and pack it in Tight container . 😊 Thanks me later 😊
@@salonibhute4920 I actually don't have any specific measurement. I reduce around 3 cup milk in half, then add 1 - 2 spoonful of milk powder, condensed milk to taste. It will be like rabdi consistency. Then I pour over this milk mix on squeezed rasgullas, bake @200c for 10 minutes on the top rack. (time & temp may vary depending on your oven)

I think it can happen if it is not kneaded enough. To make it easier use a very little amount- just 3 to 4 pinches of corn starch and knead properly until smooth
1stly kneading should not b hard only slight mashing fr 5min nd not more.... 2ndly rasgullas 2 be added in boiling water with high flame not low or medium....rest given in vdo
See,you have to squeeze it a bit ,gently...and they will come back in shape after they get back soaked in chasni...bt u have to be very careful while squeezing,not to over do it.
Not really. Marshmallows are made from flour and sugar. This is on a whole another level. Marshmallows are like a 1 star hotel, Rasgullas are 5 star. Taste them, you will agree, I am sure.
