"Everything in my home finds its way into the bedroom!" WOW Pretty risque for 1950s TV!! What I really like about shows like What's My Line is, is that they really show how real people spoke back then, since this show was never scripted. Even though I love I LOVE LUCY, WHAT'S MY LINE is almost as funny with the spontaneous jokes!!
I love and enjoy every second of it. I couldn't edit and upload videos anymore due to my work but watching yours took my stress away. Keep them coming, dear. ♥️
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I watched yours videos (as well as Teddy's) dozens of times and they helped me a lot. As for you, being one of the people I looked up to when I started editing, I appreciate your words very much. Good luck with your work and thanks again :)
Great lines! Great video! Thanks! I only wish I could track down which videos the clips come from. I haven't seen very many of them. Particularly great ending. THANKS SO MUCH for sharing.
You're welcome😊 I'm really glad you enjoy it✨ The ending sequence with rose is from 14 Aug 1966. I've been collecting clips over the course of a few months so I'm not able to write the dates down, I'm sorry. Although my method for this "dilemma", is searching for particular episodes by the dresses the ladies are wearing or guests. Teddy Todorova (she is also making great videos, check her channel if you haven't done it so far) made albums of screenshots featuring ladies' dresses on WML? Facebook group and since I've been there, this method helped me a lot 😊 good luck!
The guy Arlene says is so handsome at 4:19 was Thomas Schippers conductor at the Metropolitan Opera and the good looking guy at the end who was the hypnotist is Steve Ellis (who was a college student at the time earning money as a hypnotist) still alive and well and a member of the WML facegroup
Thomas Eagleton who is briefly seen around 1:30 was later Vice-Presidential candidiate with George McGovern but back in those days had to withdraw when it was learned he had had psychiatric therapy.
It was schtick and entertainment. That man was completely and utterly in love with her. She was a very intelligent and talented woman. They had a great marriage.

Arlene seemed charming, witty and cheeky. Loved her,
Cheeky is a good word
Such a naughty sense of humor for television of that period. Can only imagine how much fun she'd be to sit next to at a cocktail party!
Plus the envy I had for her husband is immense.
Well done Paula. Another well edited and entertaining video! 👏 👏 👏
I'm constantly learning but try to do my best, thank you!✨😉
Obsessed with these videos thank you
You're welcome ✨😊

@@paula127v Wow. ♥️ Thank you. I watch Teddy's too. 😁 Keep safe Paula. More videos to come and watch.
As usual this video was amazing and it deserves way more views!!
Thanks a lot! ✨
I think my mind is on the more pure, finer side of thinking. Most of these connotations would not have occurred to me!!
Guy at 9:28 is GORGEOUS
Guy at 4:17 is GORGEOUS

Don’t mind me, just commenting again for the algorithm
😘
0:45 She literally lost the ability to speak. And if I was there I would lost it, too. The guy is really attractive.
😁 Yeah, some of them (throughout the whole run of the program) were quite handsome, I have to say 😉
Yes, he has a genuine smile! That always gets me when they’re handsome, to boot!!! Like Gene Kelly - that smile! Wow!!!🥰
Where do you get the original episodes if I may ask?
My only source is What's my line? UA-cam channel: ua-cam.com/users/WhatsMyLine created by W. Gary Wetstein
@@paula127vIt's a great channel
Why don’t you give us time to read the opening statements without having to pause it just to read it?
Arlene could work, but she definitely did not like it when Martin would compliment one of the beautiful women contestants.
