This happened to a buddy and me one day about 20 years ago. It was no big foot that we saw, it was a bird of prey of some kind the size of a Cessna .We were going to lunch at Stovall store ,he was driveing,I happened to look over toward the West. I yelled at Bubba to stop,he did,I got out he followed wanting to know what was wrong, until I pointed, and he saw it.
The thing barely over tops of trees on other side of levee was least a mile away flying straight at us standing in middle of road.
At that distance it was big, weirdly real slowly flapping it's wings,so slow ,I even ask Bubby if damn thing might be mechanical. Until it got closer and we actually saw it was a real bird, when it was 50 ft. over our heads it rotated it's head to take a look At us.Thats when we new it was real. Every time it flapped it's wings ,it's feet would kinda drop down ,they were Orangeish colored with 8 to 10 in tallons, and the size of basket balls.
While he was looking at us it almost messed up, it turned away from looking at us to realize it was fixing to hit 3 strands of hot wires between.telephone poles. It did some real hard fancy wing strokes and flying to miss them ,and it just went back to that real slow flapping again ,and kept heading due east . Told Bubba that bird is not supposed to exist. We got to store told jokers there we ate dinner with every day . They said we were full of crap.
That thing had 4o 5 feet wing feathers and at least 6 foot tail feathers, black, with white ring around lower neck like a wreath ,eyes the size of baseball's redish outer and black in center larger than ping pong ball.
The body of it about 8 to 9 feet not counting tail feathers or neck . Never stretched it's neck out except maybe when he did fancy flying maneuver. I was under it at that all I got to see was it's undercarriage
Big drumsticks . Bubba goes glad it didn't take a crap
Most of all the NFL team Seattle Seahawks logo has the same type head and beak it had. That bird could easily have flown away with half grown steer. Always wondered where that bird came from and where it was going. I can draw that bird today with no problem still. STILL WHERE DID IT COME FROM . ONE more thing I could have killed it so easy had guns in t rk. I JUST WISHED IT HAD LOST JUST ONE FEATHER WHILE IT WAS MISSIMG WIRES.
THIS STORY IS TRUE, THERE ARE GIANT BIRDS IN THIS WORLD SOMEWHERE ????

@@kennethbarbwell1148 --Our Secret Black Ops. Military Government has been doing Genetic Experiments on Every Animal that Exist in Places like Area 51, Groom Lake, S4, etc., I Think that these Wolfman Creatures and Possibly the Bird that you saw could have been a Product of their Genetic Experiments. Their Main Purpose is to Create a Form of Super Soldier but the Evil of these Secret Military Bases would be Mind Blowing for Anyone that has not Researched this Secrecy. I have Talked with several Old Indians and they all told me that Bigfoot has been on Planet Earth Forever but these Dogman Creatures are New Comers to the Woods all over America so they believe that these Creatures are Created by Man or they are Supernatural Beings from the Satanic Realm....

Couple of years ago, I was watching a log cabin (Lodge )being disassembled,, the documentary, was presented by Historical Society I believe it was in Tennessee, If i remember right it,,,, it was a 150 to 170 year old,, apparently there's some historical stuff that took place there, but what caught my attention,, was that the logs were 2'1/2 to 3 ft in diameter, when they went inside with the cameras the door was 6 in thick,, the 2 drop bars one in the center of the door and one on the floor, was everything of that,, or even more,,, the door entrance was easily of 5 feet across that two men could easily walk, shoulder-to-shoulder through,, we have a lot of log cabins in Oregon but this one was twice as old as ours,,, they normally fall down within 80 years... what we were trying to figure out is why anybody would build one the thickness of the Fortress, and why 2 drop bars, you normally only see one. I've never seen anything like it,, what were they trying to keep out? got to wonder how many stories have never been written down,, that took place with these things.!

My Grandpa was also a WW2 veteran who never talked about it either. He would take us grandkids one at a time to camp in the Boundry Waters. We would canoe and portage until we found one of the good sites he liked. He never drank, but he loved to nap just the same. So maybe its not necessarily a drinking thing to take naps, but a Grandpa thing!? My Grandpa was awesome and I miss him all the time! Thanks for the story!

How true.. I was 16 years old in 1972 and I had a encounter with a Bigfoot on the Rifle river in northern lower Michigan.. yes I was Rainbow trout fishing on a hot summer day.. I really never told anybody but mother and father what happen..and kinda was laughing about it so if your parents kind of thought it was nutty what do you think other people would think so you just keep it in and not talk about it and crazy as it seems how true it was.. your follower Gordon from Michigan...

@@DixieCryptid I have never saw a Bigfoot, but have had more than my share of experiences with the paranormal. No-one in my family knows the entire truth, but knew I had been through something due to a change in my behavior. Unbeknownst to me it had been going on since I was little, did not go full blown until 2008. Never told anyone anything other than my son who questioned an episode in 2009. Had no answer for him then, but could fill him in fully today! This information will probably die with me.

Squatch are only known to be dangerous in just a very few locations around the world. One being mississippi, southern Louisiana, and southern arkansas. That's about it in the USA. All these locations have shown these creatures to have birth defects that researcher believe is due to a shrinking gene pool. When they are constantly encroached on and their being born with mental short circuits that make them prone to aggressive behavors. Its kind of expected. All animals are this way. Those two factors make any animal more dangerous. But I suspect our government knows this is the problem and trying to resurrect the shallow gene pools by shuttling squatch around the country to save the species. And they are doing it quietly for good reason. As for the intelligence of these creatures. Native Americans tell us most of what they know about wilderness survival came from the Harry man they watched in the wild. So it is likely squatch predates humans by who knows how long.

Cam that's another great report! I wish my encounter with a female had gone so smooth... :( Actually I wish it had never happened to be honest about it. I'm sure they had been around me most of my life, ignorance truly is bliss! Me and my best friend used to go camping up in the Sierras at a place near Truckee called Boca Reservoir. We would camp up the river arm that fed the lake. It was a normal thing to have a small campfire going, and we would just roll our sleeping bags out on the ground next to the fire. I wonder how many times they stood over us, just looking at us.... There are so many reports out of that area, it's amazing. I was 42 years old before one of them actually growled at me and woke me up. I wonder why they waited so long? Bob in Germany

Hey Bob. I hear that a lot. There is a group of guys in west tenn called Sawdust Beast who talk about the creatures hovering around after they zip up in their hammocks. I think they are generally harmless, but some are dangerous. By the way I have viewer story coming up in 2 or 3 hours about an encounter close to Baden, Germany? I am not sure if that is the name of the town. I think that's in SW Germany. A Black Forest encounter.

You cannot imagine the frustration when you tell your story and it's mashed all to hell, I say this if it doesn't resonate leave it at that don't make remarks that hurt. I've had encounters with these guys, give them a very wide space between you and them, respecting the forest and all its occupants cannot hurt either, don't hunt on grounds where you know or suspect their at, especially if they have young or juveniles. They don't know if you are going to hurt them or take away from their food source. These guys are absolutely real and out there just be aware of your surroundings at all times.

Darrel Kueker believe it or not I understand your comment ! I bow hunt and you won't see these guys very often, just stay open minded and don't have fear of these guys, but always be aware. I would gather you haven't seen them because you don't believe. Trying to believe is the first thing you would do, if you want to see their evidence or themselves. They will not associate with us usually, it's just maybe catching them unawares. And they're real as is the sky blue.

I always wonder what makes some creatures run and what makes them come in an take a look at us. He said after years of thinking about it he doesn't think he was in danger. The creature was just checking him out. Plus he was a small kid and he had dropped his shotgun and maybe she didn't feel threatened. Thank you for the comment Kim. I appreciate you.
