This didn't bring tears to my eyes, but I could see inmy mind's eye that mama Sasquatch helping get the wife & 3 y/o out & then getting the baby out & doing everything she could to bring the baby back to life. From one mama to another she was the best help he & they could have hoped for in that ditch full of dirty water. I'm sure she remembered helping them & her story to the other Sasquatches in the woods has long been remembered to this day. The fact that the baby grew up & became a veterinarian working with primates is a good thing, too. Thanks for reading this story, Can. It is something I'll remember for a long time!

Absolutely an amazing story! I'm at a loss for words... I'm so touched by the female sasquach's actions to assist the family when it could just as easily have disappeared into the woods. This story gives me hope that one day we will be able to live in some form of Harmony and mutual respect. Maybe I'm naive, but the telling of this encounter leaves room for hope. I especially like how the family remembers her heroic deed and leaves a gift every year. That was an amazing story from an equally amazing channel. The man was right to choose Dixie Cryptid for the telling of it.
What a precious story. I usually do my puzzles when I listen to the story but today I just shut my eyes and went to that road with that family and the Forest Mother. Yes, there are sasquatches that would attack you under certain circumstances, but there are also members of that species with empathy and who give aid to us humans in time of need. As someone only slightly older than those little girls I can imagine the 3 year old standing there in the wet and the cold watching a mother of another species helping to save her baby sister. So glad all turned out well, but I'm sorry for the issues your daughter has had as a result if you are reading this. I'm glad that the family give thanks to the family in the forest! I have been hunting the woods and swamps of N.E. and N.W. Louisiana since I was 15, sometimes alone, including the areas south of Shreveport your talking about. I'm 73 now. I have never seen any creature other than what I was hunting. BUT, I can tell you there are times and places where a strange feeling gets my attention. I'm a retired combat Marine and a retired Calif. police officer, I'm usually armed to the teeth and not too much scares me. When those "times" occur I would back track and move out of the area. Maybe that's why I have never seen them.

This was a great story and the writer told this story very well. I'm sure Cam, also, helped with his ability of telling the story. I love the music that goes with his channel, and the way he starts off with the story right away with "Let's go!". I know there are times when he needs to talk about something important, and that's fine, all is good.

I often wonder if it is because there are different types of the bigfoot which is why we hear so many different accounts.
Or they are complex like us hairless beings. Anger, love, hate, compassion just like every other creature on this earth.
Thank you for this story, I cried my eyes out listening. This proves that God watches over us and provides help when we need it. He watches over all his creatures on earth. Wonderful story,. I don't know if anyone else felt the frustration in those parents during this encounter.?....but as you read the events, I was right there trying to help, struggling with both parents as they were going through their trials that evening. Thank you Cam, that was great.

That’s an excellent story and way to start a weekend. Now see if you believe this. I will be 71 in 14 Days. I had an accident after Christmas and broke 6 ribs. It has been very painful recovering and of course, I tried to drive to soon. But every Friday I have looked forward to your stories. They are well written, well recorded and extremely well performed.

That Mississippi story was absolutely amazing, that's not the 1st, time I've heard of a bg-ft saving a child but I've never heard of them saving an entire family, those creatures never cease to surprise me. They almost have the personality of a human being, when that woman cried out 4-GOD, he sent the next best & closest person bc that's what he acted like, well I guess u got good 1"s & bad 1"s just lk us.??

Not everyone has a pleasant encounter with sasquatch. Non of my encounters was pleasant. And they didn't want to play cards with me. It was extremely clear they wanted me gone. I feel that the only two things that saved my rear was because I had firearms on me and I'm a First Nation's person and know what to say and act. My ancestors have been handing down stories for generations long before the illegals came in 1492. If you feel that they are all friendly and can't wait to shake hands with you, your delusional. These creatures have one main common goal, to be left alone and to stay undetected. They want NOTHING to do with humans. If you have an encounter you've got a 50/50 chance which way it ends. Life or death, period. You've got better odds sticking your finger up a wild bears ass than with a sasquatch. If you knew what the first peoples know you wouldn't go into the woods. And that's not going to happen either. You've got better odds sticking your finger up a bigfoots ass than a first Nation's person tell you what we know. We don't tell non nation's people our secrets. Most will tell you what they think you want to hear and then have a good laugh after you leave. Good luck to you. You'll need it.
