Sniatch - Again, thank you so much for including us in this reacts video. You're intro to this one was stellar and I think the clips you chose from all the reactors really told the tale of the Farron Keep. Great work. I hope you continue this series. There's so many incredible areas (especially in the DLC) that I'd love to see get the Sniatch treatment.
Haha, you can always tell who played Dark Souls 1 by how they react to the frogs. I really enjoyed this. You think you'll do more area reactions? Its actually a pretty unique idea and was pretty entertaining and relatable. +1 like from me. Can't wait till the catacombs of carthus and especially smoldering lake. The giant death worm and maze-like level design was really cool to me my first time through.

Right? This game has so many fascinating locations and seeing this video I remembered how many surprises they hold within. Really excited to see if this becomes a new run of Sniatch reacts videos.
That’s the part of Souls (and BB) I value the most. Discovering Ash Lake, Sens Fortress, Blighttown, Irithyll, Profaned Capital etc. always left as big an impression as the first sighting of a boss. Being a noob to a (non competitive/multiplayer) game is often the most fun.

I think Anor Londo would make for a super tight area reactions video. I actually haven't played another Souls game yet so I'm not familiar with Sen's Fortress but I'm looking forward to it. I know Dustin played a bit of DS1 but I don't know if he got there yet. I also think the opening of the Ringed City offers up some of the most mind bendy visuals in the game.

I hated those things in DS1, first time i got cursed in the Depths, i had to lug it all the way back to the Pardoner in the 1st bell to get the cure

I would rather this over Blighttown. At least here you don't run the risk of falling to your death as often.
Farron Keep is like a joyful walk in the park compared to either of those places lol. You can actually stock up on moss pretty easily in DS3, and you don't have to worry about being in sheer darkness, falling to your death, or having a single-digit framerate.

Nice! Another Dark Souls 3 video, thanks for including me in it. I remember that area being very painful to explore and get all the goodies but very interesting in terms of story and secrets. At least i wasn't alone in experiencing agony with this area, that provides some comfort. 😀

Every one of my playthroughs, the Benny Hill theme should have been playing for me in Farron Keep.
I think at some point I made a Benny Hill theme joke in our Dark Souls playthrough. I think it fits the feeling of playing DS3 really well.
Sidecar Games It really does. So many zones you can just hoof it through. Especially the Catacombs and a few spots in Lothric Castle.
Lol, our biggest sprint for your life moment was when Dustin tried to just run through his first attempt Cathedral of the Deep. Let's just say he got way farther than he probably should have. ;)

4:45 I have played this game well over 300 hours and this is the first time I see that little cave.
I think of all the various poison swamps (or other poison-adjacent areas) I've gone through in FromSoftware games, this area is one of the better ones really. While I did eat through a lot of purple moss, I also didn't die to poison itself. I did get a wee bit turned around and thought I'd extinguished a flame I actually hadn't. I'd gone to the 2 furthest from the bonfire and completely missed the flame that's just right there a little to the right from the bonfire. That said, I still haven't actually fully explored the area. The section to the side with all the big elder Ghrus is an area I still haven't cleared for items. I went back there after getting to Irithyll of the Boreal Valley and that group of three just past the crab still handed me my ass. Given I'm now about to go through a bunch of silver knights to get to Anor Londo I could probably return there and clear it of items now with less trouble. I could also switch to a different weapon that will let me buff it with fire (HSGS doesn't allow buffs).
That bit of Farron Keep and just under half of Smouldering Lake are the only bits I haven't fully cleared. For Smouldering Lake I ended up looking at the maps, seeing what items where there, and then just going for the estus shard and that one undead bone shard at the very end of that long room. I got sick of everything else and none of the items left work for my melee build (all pyro, magic, or strength stuff and I'm doing a quality run with the Hollowslayer Greatsword as my main). So far in DS3 I have to say that Smouldering Lake is my current least favorite area, but I'm glad I could use the giant ballista to cheese the worm fight for easy loot; though I did try to fight it properly a few times before caving and using the cheese for it.

Man i have terrible memories of going through this area for the time. I kept getting lost and got confused with which flames to actually extinguish. I also absolutely hated the poison in the area.
nice video, but for me the only annoying places in ds3 are just this, Archdragon Peak, and irithyll dungeon, meanwhile there are a lot in ds1 like blighttown, tombs of giant, Sen's Fortress, The Duke's Archives, Lost Izalith, or even New Londo Ruins...but still, it's pretty interesting idea..

For your reactions you can use footage of youtubers, known as Dante and Holly. They have some really awesome reactions and funny sitautions.
He needs permission and as much as I love Dante and Holly, their language choices may not be all that appropriate for this channel. Seems like Sniatch tries to keep it to a minimum. That and Dante and Holly have been extremely silent and therefore not exactly easy to get in touch with. I do miss them though :(

Im seeing a pattern with these players. They're aggressive when they should be more passive/calculated (during bosses) and they're passive/calculated (during everything else) when they should be more aggressive.
