Looks like it could use a new clutch and some work on the hydraulic pump. We had a 53 TA 30 and it was a real workhorse on the farm. As a matter of fact It is still running and working there.
Nice to see you've got the weather we usually have for most of the year here in Ireland. We are having a temporary little heat wave at the minute, was 28'c yesterday. Lovely little tractor. How they get away with calling that stuff SYB I'll never know given the amount of pc correctness BS we have to endure these days....

Welcome back!
The name of the starting fluid is priceless. Good to see you again Jonathon.

Thanks David. Hopefully we will get on and do something with this. It has been in the family a very long time.

A few good frosts and snow around the place. Your heatwave made it onto our news, so must be a big deal! SYB is an Aussie Classic
Cool. I wonder if timing is also off.
Nah, it's the heavy diesel mix in the fuel! Should really water it down, but fuel ain't cheap!

When she first kicked off I thought someone had rebuilt it and forgot to put the rings in !!!
It looked a bit like that. That engine hasn't been touched in almost 70 years.
It will be nice to see the old girl get a bit of TLC: car mechanics in the rain, who can beat it?
Rain, mud and ice!
