People are going to be scared of relocating to Ghana which has RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED real estate market, yet lacks so many amenities. What is in the so call Airport residential area are mere basics to those of us who live abroad and I mean ordinary people like me, where we earn good money , yet spend half of or even less of what you just listed. This is why most of us are complaining.
They're over priced in every sector of the economy. Mediocre hotels charging $250 for a Hotel that will Charge $80 in Bangkok or Bali . Their services are mediocre to say the least.
Even pricing in dollars where our currency is cedis?? Exorbitant prices for housing in Ghana, come on. Build affordable homes and let human beings live a modest life for once!!

I was told to obtain an attorney and have a clause in it that after 50-75 or 99 years, a renewal will be offered indefinitely. Also have your paper state when you expire the property can be inherited by your children etc

Exactly I stayed in Barcelona more of a place to go and apartments same quality cheaper and no beat up roads on the way there.
