I don't have the saw but when I watched Peter Millard's review and he talked about the fence, my thought was that this looked like a project for Ralph at Benchdogs and very quickly he has produced it. Beautifully thought out and engineered. The use of the 1mm gauge block was a nice touch. This comes from someone who managed to take a shaving off the under rail track saw fence.
I understand the need for the Flagstop, and appreciate all of the benefits associated with having a scale, but doesn’t this sort of defeat the portability, as you won’t be able to store the miter gauge in the Systainer.
It’s amazing and I will get one as soon as I can afford the CSC, but why does it need to interfere with the blade guard at all? Wouldn’t it be better to start the graduations at 15mm (or whatever would keep it clear of the blade guard), and then include a precisely-milled spacer block so that the fence is always calibrated to the blade? (You might even be able to design the spacer block so it allows for precise calibration at 45 degrees as well as 90). No-one is ever going to use this to cut something
Can you please do a video on how to calibrate the parallel guide in IMPERIAL scale. I calibrate using the method post for METRIC scale did not come out accurate. Thanks, Damon
Why not make the blade guard attachment for the fence lockable in place? This would let you align the fence once using it as the reference point. You should have a way to set it up quickly without having to Recalibrate it every time.
Is there a micro adjuster for the fence systems? I just ordered the fence system last week. When do they ship. Is it available locally. I live in Southern California.John P
Hi, Great bit of kit for the CSC !. Do you get the 1mm fence set up block with the 625mm fence. ? And does the scale on the fence allow for this, i.e. starts at 1mm rather than zero?. Thanks.
Very nice Ralph, I have a review if this table saw coming out next week - this is a very nice addition.
Glad to read that you will be back.
Glad to see you back in action. Learned a lot from your fusion 360 series.

Great , really love my Benchdog squares, well made, precise and beautiful looking, and of course made in England! Keep up the good work Benchdogs
Clever and pragmatic design. Wonder why Festool didn't expected the need for this by woodworkers.
Yes strange but at least we sorted it out.
Just what I need for my CS-50 in 625 mm
You guys rock. I was waiting for this.
Mine arrived last week - works wonderfully! A great addition to the table saw at a great price. Thank you!
Very nice Ralph 👌
I don’t need the saw but will possibly end up with one😁 when that happens I will be looking at the benchdogs fence. Great addition 👍

The fence looks well done and an essential upgrade to Festool's miter gauge. Wonder why Festool didn't include this?

Soon at @10minuteworkshop @PeterMillard ? 😊❤
The blade guard attachment was neat.
Curious to know why there is no version that supports the off cut?
Is the alignment plate included? If it has to be bought separately, where can I find it on your site?
The plate is inc in the 625 and 1000

Super!

Yes the scale starts at 1mm. Unfortunately no the block isn’t included. It will be in the set that is due to be released at the end of October
Thanks, worth waiting for 🖖@@Benchdogtools
Will the fence anti snag adapter be included in the set?
Yes.

All the bench dog stuff is to expensive.
Assuming that you mean "too expensive" you are incorrect.
