The V8 Supercars Championship is awesome. It clicked with me how the commentators, there observations and the Directors with there supporting colleagues contribute so much to provide this phenomenal championship for me to enjoy. Thank you, all.
Something out there clearly doesn't want Chaz Mostert to win the championship. First it was glitch problems with his gearbox system yesterday and now a pitlane mistake. Poor Chaz can't get a break.
You know when you see mostly pitstops in the highlights, it means nothing happened on track itself. It’s crazy that we’ve seen this too many times this year of just pitstops throughout the race in these highlights
If people have a problem with these EXTENDED highlights, just go watch the normal 2min highlights videos. It's literally been changed to that just for you
I swear I'm constantly hallucinating. Whenever I see that Black and Green ELEVEN car + that particular livery half-top half-bottom layout, my brain recalls to Kyle Petty's Mello Yellow old school livery in NASCAR 😂.
Love these highlight videos... BUT... this one was just a series of pitstops. The video could have been called 'Boost Gold 500 Pitstops'. Surely more happened on the track.
I'm pretty sure Reynolds couldn't actually see what was happening from where he was and even if he backed off the throttle percat was pushing Reynolds and frosty was pushing percat. Ryan wood positioned the car pretty weird going into that corner and ADP didn't really have anywhere to go
this course is very narrow so the race winner is based on the shootout, not hitting anything and pit strategy. With that in mind I think it makes sense the Pits make highlights here
As a UK fan of Aussie Supercars, I've been watching a number of these clips of late. Is there any of them where Courtney in that Snowy River car DOESN'T crash? HE seems to be involved in every single crash that I've seen so far?
Terrible race. In the highlights, it was literally a pileup, pit stops and then last lap. I know watching the full race was better but these cars need to learn how to follow better and with less dirty air.
I think the lack of incidents speaks to the skill of the drivers. This course is quite narrow so there isn't much room to pass unless someone messes up.
@@agentvictoria4021 Yup, that and the quality of the engineers means the cars are so even that once they're sorted after a few laps, not much is going to change without someone messing up.
@@bremCZ I don't know how people are concluding nothing interesting happened, you'd have to only watch the highlights or not care about the driving skill shown (especially at the chicane) to reach that conclusion
When you go to two completely different type of race tracks, the greatest race track in australia and a street course that should be stop start in nature, and still the only thing that happens in your racing is a pile up and pit stop strategy you know your formula is in dire need of a shake up Do something supercars, or die on the vine....
another highlights package of boring supercar racing. just imagine watching the whole race or even worst being there, sleep fest. no wonder SVG left, he saw the writing on the wall with these gen3 cars.
Supercars needs new commentators for the main game it's a bit stale. Great drives by waters and kostecki . We need alot more endurance races and do stage racing to bunch the field up and more laps.
“Carmageddon” Compo’s been waiting to use that one 🤣

They toataly ignored Cam waters making overtakes on Payne, le brock and Randle. Tereble highlights mate

Yeah most of the street circuits have been outgrown by the quality of the cars and crew.
Another highlight of pitstops, speaks for itself.
Extended pitstop highlights
This is better. Much better than the 2 minute thing that was posted earlier.

Watching from North Carolina and I thought the same thing
Great race brilliant performance thank you

Blendline TV put on an awesome coverage package from Calder Park today. Every event on the card, and some top racing.
That's more like it... Yesterday was too calm.
That was one hell of a blast.
1:00 COLLUSION TRAFFIC JAM!!!!!
Reynolds caused that pile up to become as big as it was by continuing to push Courtney
Idiot

Chaz could have been this year Championship winner, if his team mates didn't constantly F up. Way to go guys.
@Supercars, you created "extended highlights" reel about pitstops?
Was the racing that poor or does your editor need a kick up the backside?
The racing was fairly good, but little in the way of highlights.
@@bremCZ So, the editor needs a kick?

@@agentvictoria4021 You can't be serious.
@@neilwilliams2883 is there any part of my analysis that is wrong beyond personal opinion?
Poor Ryan wood, second straight day he has found the fence on lap 1 on the gold coast
I'm afraid Ryan seemed to be the author of his own misfortune all weekend.
Bring back the double file restarts supercars
Pile up, restart, pits, pits, pits, pits, pits, last corner to win
And there was a bunch of epic overtakes that they could have put in, I mean cam getting from 7th to catching the red bulls was epic to watch
De Pasq and Davison surely on borrowed time.
DJR on borrowed time. Useless without Penske support.
@@ibd1977They'll have Brodie next year so let's see what they can do.
@@bremCZ ah Didn't know that. Yes let's see.
Davison was resigned for next year.
Street races are the best

Are you ever going to upload the full race?
Banana!
Need a better track.
Snooze fest like Bathurst
Lol extended highlights……..11 mins 😂😂😂
watch out for fights at erubis when celebrating win

The dirty air isn't the issue.

Nearly as boring as Bathurst
Gen 3 isn’t working unfortunately
V8 Supercars lost so many cars Carlos. 😆

how did the tradie car not get a pen for lap 1
Poor Chaz championship gone 😞
😢😮🎉😅😊😂❤
Reynolds should have copped a penalty
Very boring
Boring.

I miss the Holdens and Ford Falcons. Watching Greg Murphy in the iconic Kmart Holden Commodore was magical!
All ford pits stop strategy mess up...
Another boring weekend of racing

why chevy always dominated supercars? i want to see ford wins!!! i love mustang........ what's happen with ford?
