There are many countries in the world. Culture differs from country to country. Even if I ask the same question, the answer is different depending on the country. And even if I ask the same question in the same place 10 years later, the answer may change. It's very interesting. I want the viewers to know and be interested in various countries. It’s the same answers all the time. White and Korean
basically the question needs to be re-phrased as "are you interested in dating an English speaking White male that looks like a movie or music star or a Korean that looks like a male K-Pop star?"
I am afro carribean, I have dated many japanese girls and korean girls if you can speak their language and make them laugh...that answer will change. If I had a penny for evey time one of my ex's said that they always thought that if they'd date a foreigner it would be a white guy. Also keep in mind there are more white foreigners than black in japan.
It should be noted that when a Japanese girl is asked this question, she always think of the "gaikokujin" as being a white European guy or American.

Some of them consider Korean guys also foreigners but it does seem that most refer to western men. One girl mentioned that she likes Russian guys which is not quite European but close enough.
I’m currently in a relationship with a Japanese girl. I’m from America, she’s obviously from Japan. She’s going to university, we met on hinge. It’s been great and bad. When we’re together it’s amazing. When we’re not, it’s tough. Communication is hard, understanding each other’s cultural differences is challenging. But I think we have a good road ahead if we can work passed it & obviously with time.
It's difficult to understand each other's culture. But I believe you can do it. I hope you are happy👍

1) You should ask not only if they spoke a foreign language, but if the man spoke Japanese, would they date? I think that would change a LOT of answers. 2) I think the biggest single problem with dating any Asian woman, and ESPECIALLY Japanese, is the cultural differences. There are SO MANY differences, and you don't realize them all until you are in Japan... Just talking online you can't begin to learn or imagine all the differences.

This is my opinion. It is not common for Japanese people to date foreigners. First of all, it may be difficult for Japanese people to date because of the language barrier. However, we try to be open to foreigners😁
Most of them only date foreigner, but when it comes to marriage, they always go back to Japanese guys. Seem like dating foreigners is just to learn english and enjoy different culture, not really serious.

As a South Korean guy, I don't think we are much kinder than other guys. But We are a fun loving people. I think we are less serious than other Asian guys.😁

流暢にではなくても、すべての日本人が英語を学んでいるので、簡単な会話くらいはできると思います。
私はこの程度の簡単な会話ならその言語を話せる能力を持っていると思いますが、
言語を話すという基準が高いようですね。

Me and my friends did an experiment. We all placed our phones on the table and checked our dating apps.
The white guys, regardless of how they look, had hundreds of attention and matches.
The non white guys had like 1 match who didn't reply to them in their years of using it. The white guys will have hundreds of likes in a matter of days.
The only exception was the handsome brown guy.

Why Japanese girls study a lot English and not able to use it? Than whats the point to learn it at all. In Europe its the minimum that we speak 1-2 other languages.
We can read simple English. However, we cannot speak or hear English. Because they don't learn them at school.
Most of us have no use for it.
