- Automobilista 2 V1.4.7 is out and adds the Historic Nürburgring 1971 including the Nordschleife, Südschleife and Gesamtstrecke layouts (Part of Nürburgring DLC). Moreover, in the recent dev update, which featured contents for the upcoming big release of V1.5, Reiza also stated that they were working on a better integration of mods for their racing sim. This is great news, since especially the mods of @didouc lift the game onto another level by delivering for instance missing GT3 cars, further GT1 and sports cars, or the Group 5, which came out just the other day.
Here I am doing a 2-lap race with the Ford Capri Turbo against its Group 5 contenders on the Historic Nürburgring Gesamtstrecke.

I just love this historic track :) It's especially crazy in VR and a motion rig. Had a blast last night on it with an older Porsche.

Someone needs to invent an affordable compressed air cushioned chair, (Simhub compatible of course) for this car. Imagine the kick that Turbo would give!.
Love the look of the race cars from the 70's and early 80's, just hammer a bit of aluminium into a shape and stick it on the car, instant wing, splitter, air dam.

Timo,what is your impression of the new tire physics update? At 7:52 you pushed hard and with controlling on that ragged edge you can see how quickly you lowered the gap to car in front.The art of racing in full view huh? Now do that the whole lap and lap after lap after lap and you will be the new Senna! :)

I will be upgrading from a 1660 super to a RTX 3060 tomorrow, I am having issues sometimes with AMS 2 using the 1660 super, Still though this 1660 super have served me well, When do some online racing, I am getting a freeze frame, And to be honest ACC isn't exactly amazing using a 1660 super, But I got a 3060 coming soon now, And I can't flipping wait, I am imagining the sim racing experience using a 3060 after using the 1660 super, It's got to be night and day ain't it, lol, Will not be happy if it is not, lol, But I think it will be a far better sim racing for me that's for sure, Cost me double what I payed for the 1660 super so it best be, lol....
I couldn't get a higher card anyways, Won't be worth the bottle neck I will get, I can't afford a whole new PC....

Thx. I found the AI decent. Not perfect but better than in Assetto Corsa for instance.
