It is not like Vermont at all. After this year 2024, very un-patriotic town. They used to put up flags on light posts after pride month but its now HISTORIC HILLSBOROUGH. Its a ghost town on the 4th of July now. I grew up in the dairy country east of Saratoga Springs NY, half hour from the Vermont border. Hillsborough IS NOT like Vermont. The only like comparison is Valley Crusis outside Boone NC to the Adirondacks
