Well I can‘t recommend u any brands because I live in germany and our drugstores don‘t sell the same brands, but what works really well for me is using a menstrual cup and a pad / a tampon and a pad on my heavy flow days. If you have more questions, feel free to ask :)
I have a tip! When sleeping, you should add a pad where you generally do, after the panty line if you get it, and then one behind . This will prevent leaking. Plus heavy flows are normal so no worries! What i also reccomend is chaging you pad every 2 hours if the flow is heavy (or 3 hours.)
i literally ten but im to embarrassed to ask my mom if i can get those underwear for periods and istg i always leak even though i wear big pads and a tampon at the same time😭🙏🙏
Y’all I’m using an “always platinum” because I broke the one I was going to replace my last pad with and THE PADS I WAS USING WAS COMFORTABLE AND GUESS WHAT? THEY WHERE LITERALLY FREE 😭
@@jeninjeans I use L organic tampons and honey pot organic pads at the same time . I change often and if I leak it goes on the pad . Than when I get a chance just change the tampon I change the pads before I leave work.i hear when girls wear tampons say to use a panty liners for leaks I tried that they didn’t offer enough leak protection it was thanksgiving and I did change my tampons every two hours and I got a stain on my underwear . I only do tampons and pads together for like the first 3 days than I use light tampons and panty liners or just panty liners

Honestly I'm about to just start wearing adult diapers, especially at night. 'Cause there's always somewhere that leaks.
I wear night pads even in days....I change my pads every 4-6 hours..but it still leaks😩
Period underwear would be a better option

How to avoid leaks? Walk past the Always pads and go straight to Stayfree

I didn’t like always I used stayfree for years I had my share Of leaks not Changing more often
