I swam with a pad in cause I don't use tampons and nothing happened I didn't leak cause of the water pressure so when I got home there was barely anything on my pad

I can't use Tampax, they are too long. I have to use Playtex but I still leak, so I combine with a pad.

Someone suggested taking deep breaths in and out of your mouth while inserting tampons. Maybe give it a shot

Yeah if you use a tampon i have been swimming on my period before never leaked in the water just change them after 2 to 3 hours.

Yes...I tried it ...but if your flow is heavy you should at least use pad..

I’m going on a boating trip with my boyfriend and his family this Saturday and everyone else is gonna be getting to have fun in the water I’m not sitting on the boat watching them like a sad dog I’m definitely gonna join in and have fun in the water with everyone else.
