    Back years ago I ran street stock at a oval track. We call it a 20 paint job. From 20 feet it looked like new. Thanks getting ready to play on my boat.

    Looks good. It shows through the sanded gelcoat because the filler was level with the existing gelcoat. That repaired area needs to be a mil or mil and a half lower than the normal surface surrounding the repair prior to gel coating.

    everything in this video is wrong. Why put up a video of a hack job. Could have done the same just using adtech p14 alone.

      I wish I had a dollar for every short term temporary repair that I have found on a boat. I did my training in 1981 in a temporary WW2 American hospital, due to be demolished in 1946. My last navy ship I was on was a 1943 emergency class destroyer, still being used in 1980.

    Thanks for posting, but perhaps you should perfect your technique before posting next time. Your filler was too high and you didn't feather bevel your cavity. Which as a retired dentist I can assure you was essential so that your surface coat blends in. Better luck next time.
