@Grimbult imagine being an enemy and seeing Cal pull up two double bladed, cross guard, pistol lightsabers. Even a Sith would go, “Aw hell nah”

@Tech Arts, I’d love to see a double ended cross guard saber. I wrote a Star Wars fanfic set in the Second Sith War and the main character/antagonist uses a lightsaber with a single blade on one end and a cross guard on the other. Then the saber is split in half and he dual wields for the final battle.

In the comics, Jocasta built a backup library to restart the order, then hid it by blowing up the entrance, before going back to coruscant where Vader killed her.
Maybe they found her library.
It is possible, I remember that comic and it was emptied Luke was the first to find it, but there’s a good chance because the characters could die in this game therefore leaving the Library, “lost,” to time once more

That’s a very very very good theory in the data scans bd1 gets some feature eno Córdovas voice and when you unlock his workshop room he talks about how he felt the end of the Jedi order and they basically told him to screw off he was pissed and Jocasta believed him and that’s how he got the holocron so maybe she plugged eno Cordova with more archive items

Guy with yellow lightsaber has the crossguard feature on his hilt, so presumably defeating this enemy will give Cal access to it as a modification. This would be new from the usual workstation upgrades we would use before.
Then why is the emitter the same as Tapals hilt
@@witherpool could be a weird mirroring program where the cutscene is modified based on whatever your saber looks like at the moment. I don't think it's an important point though
@@witherpool probably because in the reveal trailer we see that cal loses tapal's lightsaber, so he probably either A. makes a new one, or B. the empire makes one based off of Tapal's for this new guy after it gets taken back by cal.

The cross guard is actually in rebels too. Ezra picks up a green one on malachor before he meets maul.
That's because it's a lightsaber from the old republic where crossguard sabers were used frequently, like he said, but yeah good point, he didn't point out that one was in rebels

The ship at 7.01 is a trade federation control ship, which explains why they have battle droids and magna guards.

Jocasta Nu did actually survive Order 66 but she went back to the Jedi temple after operation knight fall was over to get a special holocron before the empire get it, but she got killed by Vader and the Holocron also got destroyed.
So technically the game was right
@@jonahcannon2820 no she survived the night from order 66 but bevor she went back in the jedi tempel where she died she has build a little archiv in a cave like in the trailer. You can read this in the Vader Comics, these are canon

It's fairly possible that the other half of Cal's lightsaber turning orange means that either robo-guy or bacta tank guy have caused the crystal to crack and "bleed." Since orange is a few shades away from Sith red this could mean the once blue crystal is being corrupted and is still in the process of being fully turned. This would be an EXCELLENT way to further canonize the lighstaber bleeding, which creates Sith red lightsabers and also gives the opportunity for purifying in order to make them white like Ashoka's post-clone wars sabers.
7:03 it's a separatist lucrehulk. The radio/shielding array breaks its cover. Which might mean this planet and the one where he fought commando droids in the end are the same, as there's a similar ship there too. Just imagine how big the maps are...
I wonder for the first thing mentioned, if Merrin will have swappable outfits you can change in the game. And that could be what we’re seeing? The devs intentionally through that at us to throw us off.
A detail I noticed was cal has a gloved hand throughout fallen order but in this you can see both his hands so I guess he didn't loose it

“This big heavy guy” is a Gen’Dai, a very hard to kill species. Durge in the Clone Wars cartoon is a Gen’Dai, they’re also featured multiple times in SWTOR, the only way to really kill one is to incinerate the entire body. So he’ll probably be a repeat boss fight if they stick with that logic, and he’s probably a very high rank with the Haxion Brood, if that’s who those guys are. He might even be Durge himself, the guy he’s with looks like he could be a Mandalorian, and Durge had a Mandalorian partner named Jaing. Maybe these two are the same.
I hope the battle droids are eventually going to help us during like one last battle, because that would be just dope having an entire army of B ones commandos, and the supers
I'm pretty sure that the big ship in that one clip is a Lucrehulk-Class Battleship Core from the clone wars. It would make a lot of sense, since we see a lot of battle droids and a variety of different types of droids, and they could've all came from this one abandoned lucrehulk.

As you saw earlier were gonna fight droids. And since those droids are linked to the bounty hunter in that shot I believe that that is a droid control ship.
I’m pretty sure that if his lightsaber energy was unstable it would be crackle-y like Kylo’s. I think the cross guards are just an added bonus not a necessity.
My theory: the masked individual using cals orange saber with a crossgaurd is from the high republic era. He probably somehow stole that half of cals saber and modified it to what he was used to “cross guard variation” and when cal eventually defeats him, he gets that half of his saber back and gains the ability to use the cross guard form
For detail number 24 the ship in the distance is the centre (or center, if you prefer) of a Lucrehulk-Class Droid Control Ship which does explain why there is b series battle droids in Jedi Survivor. However does this mean that Vulture Droids and AAT's (the separatist tank) have also survived and are in use?

The guy Kal is locking sabers with reminds me of the Ralph Mcqurrie’s original design for the main character of Star Wars.
10:51 This aspect could very easily depend on the selected difficulty. Not to mention, for gameplay trailers specifically, choosing a lower difficulty allows for easier demonstration.
That’s also why all the other battle droids were just watching there friend get cut up gourmet style
It would make sense because in the first game the lower the difficulty, the slower enemies attacked
The reason Greivous' Magna Guards wore capes were because they were to symbolize Greivous' Kaleesh soldiers as they wore that same mark.

That’s right. He said magnaguards were always wearing capes, but none of dooku’s magnaguards in the clone wars wore them, and the playable magnaguards in the original battlefront 2 didn’t wear them.

Bounty hunter lightsaber guy is just the crossguard deactivated. So the bounty hunter probably just pick it up when Cal dropped it or something. This is probably not a game mechanic (just something in a cutscene) but if it is it could be from a parried heavy attack. The colour could be just the trailer trying to throwing the viewer of.
When he was fighting the commander battle droids there was a weird orange circle thing aiming at it
No. 16 looks like the antennae on a Lucrahulk core ship control version. That's my guess. Later when Cal's using the cross-guard sabre against those magna guards, there appears to be a Lucrehulk core ship in the background. So probably the same ship but from a different angle...
At 11:42 that window or whatever it is at the back looks like the symbols on a Jedi holocron
Read the Vader comics, there’s a story arc before her untimely death where she is building a “school” as she described it & it looks almost identical to where it was. Highly recommend reading all of those if u haven’t!
that giant ship looks like a lucreolix droid ship, very similar to the one from BFII, and that would also connect with the droids seen in the same planet

Grievous dolls up his most trusted IG-100s in capes in memory of the Ivoshra (or however you spell it), his elite team of warriors back when he was the Kaleesh leader, who almost all died in the shuttle crash engineered by the sith to make him a cyborg general by blaming the jedi (although grievous knew that Dooku had some responsibility as well).

I don't know if you will see this but in the video when cal is deflecting the blaster bolts from the inquisitor ship you can see a red visor in the ship when you slowed down that video so maybe it could also be a purge trooper not likely tho or a inquisitor
When cal did the force freeze pull and push one of the droids was a super battle droid and those legs were sbd legs
