With the looming recession, the market is off by 20-30%, and there are more agents out there than ever. With more agents chasing fewer deals it's a disaster for two-thirds of agents.
The question is, "Which type of Agent will take advantage?" What I predict agents will do.
1. This agent will pretend everything is okay. They will continue their same marketing and lifestyle praying that the market will rebound.
2. This agent will pull back. They will think that doing this will alleviate the stress that comes from this business, but it won't.
3. The third type of agent knows that this is the greatest opportunity for growth in their career. They are positioning themselves as the best in the industry so that they can have a massively successful run over the next ten years.
