Great video, Kevin Deal Photography. Looking forward to your next upload! I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! Your insights on customizing the R8's buttons were incredibly helpful. How do you think the customization options might evolve in future Canon models to enhance user experience further?
It's hard to say. Canon keeps their cards close to their chest. My guess is with the advancements in autofocus, we may not to have to dedicate as many buttons to control the behavior. Perhaps the AI will fill in some of that for us. Thanks for the support!
I just got an R8 and took it with a 50mm lens to Disney World. Being a noob I used Auto the whole time an I think 90% of my pictures turned out great. I'm very happy with the camera and want to invest more time in learning how to use it. I'm still trying to figure out if I should use Lightroom or Capture One (or Lightroom classic?). Actually there's dozens of things I'm not sure of yet, but you got a new subscriber and I'll start looking through your previous videos for more knowledge.
That's awesome! You're in for a treat! Thanks for the subscribe. I personally use Capture One as I feel it gives me more customization for my workflow.
What's your tip for programming your R8 to make it easier to use out in the field? Tell me about it in the comments.
Thanks to share! I love it!
You are so welcome! I hope it was helpful!
