Ingredients:
200 g tofu
150 ml soy milk
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp white pepper
A big pinch of salt
1 tsp onion powder and garlic powder
1/2 lemon
2-4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Season to taste and store in the fridge for up to 10 days.

I use Mori-Nu Silken Tofu (firm)
because it comes in a 350g packet
and I don't use any oil as I have an oil-free kitchen
My local Real Markt has the Mori-Nu brand
in the International section
and Rewe as brand of organic siken tofu
called Clearspring both are good
and I do use silken tofu for tofunaysse and desserts.
