YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE GENIUS. When i edit, i do a lot of the thing u did here but in a reeaallly complicated way but u do everything in the draw section and boom ur done! May i ask how long have you been editing?
I used a png with those circles (which I posted as a sticker on my picsart account) and then I set the blending mode layer with the circles to XOR and merged it with the background layer :)

i use an android phone, and i just got picsart, but whenever i select a new layer to add a photo on to, it just merges it into the background and i can't separate them :( how do i make sure that my photos are on different layers?
All I can say for now is that you should make sure which layer you have selected to work on (it "glows" in a brighter shade of color than the others) 🙊
But I'm also in the drawing section of the app! That's actually pretty much the same to iPhone so please check if your at the right section of the app :)
I either draw around him on a separate layer underneath the jin sticker or I use the border function of picsart. But I prefer drawing since it's easier and less "edgy" than picsart's function:)

Click the video, then click the 3 dots at the right of the screen. Press "playback speed" then adjust it there.
If you mean in editing: I change the speed of the video by x2 or x3 on the video editing software 😊

I use phone as well but I have a Samsung and not an iPhone.. unfortunately there are differences between iOS and android users :/
