One of the greatest bands to grace this cold grey Earth
I have never been more excited in my entire life
I'm so amazed and happy that you guys are touring again. See you soon.
The violinist and drummer are two of the sweetest people / musicians that I’ve ever met.
I'm all for this SGM resurgence.
I've been listening to these guy's since idiot flesh first came out, seen them many many times S.G.M. is one of the most underrated bands in the music industry they never disappoint.
You assisted in opening the Gate. For that, I am infinitely grateful.
Just wanted to say that Yog Sothoth is the gate.
Saw you all at the Aladdin last night and was wide awake all night reflecting on how absolutely magical the performance was. Can't possibly do it justice by putting it into words, but it's something I'll never forget and I can't wait for the opportunity to see you in part (yes, I'm checking out 3rd Angle and Rabbit Rabbit Radio in April!) and collectively again.
Excellent !
SGM is exactly what we need in our troubled times. but don't just use it as a slogan, get in there, listen. live with it for a minute. then get out there.
So freaking stoked to see you March 11th in Kansas City!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! The shirt is genuinely sick, but I pledged just in hope of a potential concert. And now you are coming to my hometown! You granted my wish! Dream come true. I had once contemplated dropping out of school and hitchhiking to California for your 'final' show.
I hope you have plenty of merch at the show. I will buy all available records if you have new pressings by then. I could order them, of course but would rather directly buy them from you all. Sadly, I had loaned all my Sleepytime Gorilla Museum CD's to a friend in 2012 and they ended up keeping them. I have tried getting them back many times to no avail. Some friend. At least they have exquisite taste.
Thank you for making a dream come true!
One of my graphics was in there....squeel!🤩
Time stamp?
@@realizedvisions 7:42 was from a magazine article I did. The photo underneath the text is actually of Mumble & Peg, as the article touched on Vaccination Records as well.
@@CousinWhatIsItThat's awesome!!!
@@realizedvisions Thanks! They recently (9/7) did a post on their social media pages showing scans of the entire article. I even made a "member tree" of all the Vacc bands and how the musicians were connected.
We love you in Kansas City, Missouri. Backed the project and really hope more of us in K.C. showed support. If not, all good. Feed your selves and families. You folks have enriched my life. Just showed some appreciation. Well, that sick Last Human Being shirt helped... Stoked for the new album. I wanted to hitchhike to California for your final shows. Was torn when you disbanded. At least you all have many other delicious projects to absorb.
what was that tune at the beginning 0:45 second mark? I didn't recognize it. cool as shit though, dan's crazy bass riff is gnarly
It's a cover called SPQR, I uploaded a vid of it to my other youtube a long time a go because it's hard to find: ua-cam.com/video/2q9vH52w4IQ/v-deo.html
@@Caleb-il7om cool thanks, I checked that out, I don’t think I ever heard that but maybe, I saw SGM 3 different times but it didn’t ring a bell. Pretty interesting tune though.
I'm pretty sure Dan is playing his Sledgehammer Dulcimer/Slide Piano Log, which also figures prominently on the SGM song "Powerless." ua-cam.com/video/yvAjW92_v9Y/v-deo.html&ab_channel=LeftieQuixote
