Originally Ssundee said they stopped collabing due to the timezone difference, guess he was being nice.
He probably said it so that people would leave them both alone about it
We all know Ssundee really doesn't like drama, so he was nice about what happened but behind the scenes it was more deeper, tbh I don't agree with Crainer telling this, it's between friends and should of stayed it that way because we all know the internet is a fucked up place and people will either side with Crainer and insult Ssundee or people will side with Ssundee and insult Crainer. Kids take things out of context and imagine something that isn't actually there, so I'm surprised nothing major has happened since this video came out.

What ticks me off is he says “I know Ssundee and know he would react badly to me not wanting to record with him” my guy Ssundee isn’t petty like that and when Ssundee covered this he said he understood whatever the reason was cause he didn’t know and even wished him luck. Without the help of the people he has carelessly stepped on he wouldn’t have the fan base he has and the view amounts without Ssundee and the others he ghosted and left. And then trying to act victim is pathetic. I was never a big fan of Crainer and now this just proves what a pos he really is

It is still acceptable if he considered his mental health and ultimately decided to move. Although it's genuinely difficult for him to send a formal notification to SSundee and say, "Hey, I am not comfortable with the collaboration," he still needed to communicate this to him. If they were true friends, at the very least, true friends could understand. Reflecting on those SkyFactory, Crundee Craft, Lucky Block Challenge, and 100 Ways to Die videos, each of them garnered millions of views. I don't believe Crainer can achieve this level of success anymore.

Honestly, this shows the downside of content creation. It's not all just sitting down and gaming, there's a lot of stuff behind the scenes. Crainer, honestly you and Ssundee need to start talking again. I remember watching your lucky block videos awhile back and they were really entertaining.

I am a fan of both of them, and while I do think it’s sad that their collaboration couldn’t continue, if Crainer wasn’t enjoying it then leaving was probably the right decision for him, although I do also agree with what he said about that it could’ve been better if they’d talked about it first rather than just leaving abruptly with no warning, but I don’t think he felt comfortable doing that at that stage. I do think it’s nice to see him able to open up about this sort of thing, though.

Jelly can be pretty annoying at times but he's a good guy but sundee and crainer will never be the same no matter what
I grew up watching SSundee, and I definitely loved the things he did together with Crainer. SkyeFactory was amazing, and the Golden Cobblestone sparked my obsession with Ars Magica 2. I also loved all of the Minecraft pranks they played on each other.
I guess it was true after all… his videos were only good because Ian was the entertainer.
And then Ssundee became "modern" youtube. Nothing endures anymore.

Really? Here we thought that Ssundee and Crainer stopped recording together because of the fanbase, claiming that crainer is just using Ssundee to rise to fame and another popular reason is that Ssundee's personal life caught up with his work and that producing videos with crainer in modpacks were too time consuming, especially the amount of off-cam grind sessions ssundee does with it. Not to mention their timezones are so so different that recording was day and night literally, so much so that Ssundee's family got into rough waters.
And now I'm hearing from crainer that he just up and went away just like that?

As someone that grew up watching the two of you genuinely grow together via content, I need to understand how you as a grown man didn’t decide that this was an instance where you needed to swallow whatever it is you got going on and have a conversation with your FRIEND😕 the way you did ssundee is fucked up no matter how you try and spin it, because you should’ve been honest and advocated for yourself and what you’re needing and want by at the time instead of ghosting like a fucking school girl😕
I've been in a situation with age gaps and knowing who you want to be friends with kind of. I tried for around a year with a Christian streamer tried to hold my tongue but at the end of day I couldn't be myself and I kind of just left. I see where he's coming from though because it's really hard to be yourself when you always have to limit how you act
Yeah. Crainer swears more but ssundee does swear as well, russel just does his job well. I think I've heard Ssundee's foul mouth and manners in one of the collabs he did with team crafted

Dude fumbled so hard on Thea. She’s went through a softie phase and now into a baddie phase. Like Flame Princess from Adventure time. Idk why Crainer would give up her and on top of that, Ssundee. Ssundee is very successful and honestly much more successful than any of them. I myself grew up with Team Crafted and I’m proud Crainer never got to join that group because as how the fallout of Team Crafted happened, Crainer would’ve been truly the nail in the coffin if present day events happened like they did today with Crainer if he had indeed joined team crafted

I lost respect for Crainer. Lancey gave him everything and was threating him like family, but Crainer saw it as a ladder to get to the top. And back then he didnt have the disensy to apologise. And he ghosted Ssundee and just left him without saying anything and it feels like they werent friends for all this time. So he left and betrayed Lancey then betrayed and ghosted Ssundee and went to Jelly and Josh to get more views and finally he left Jelly and Josh. Crainer is a scumbag.

He abandoned Lancey and Lancey gave Crainer a space to live in his house they where best friends until Crainer took advantage of when Lancey had a fall out with Ssundee and he started to pretend to be good for a while and soon after Ssundee realized what happened.

Totally agree, I miss Crainer in the videos but after hearing what happened I feel no sympathy. Biffle, Sigils, and Zud seem much more genuine and overall hilarious.

I honestly don’t feel bad for Crainer here. Not because what he did wasn’t bad, no it’s awful, but because this is where it ends. He made his bed, now he’s gonna sleep in it. At the end of the day his decisions left him with a history of making a friend, using them, and then spitting them out later. He ditched 2 people but the sad thing is the first time was successful because his identity didn’t surround this person, the second time it did and that’s why when he ghosted Ssundee it blew up this bad. Crainer could’ve stuck it out with Ssundee, made a final video together and left. Instead he ghosted his friend, and ran for the mountains.

If you haven’t already found your answer, lancey gave crainer a place to live after he dropped out of college. They started filming mc together. Crainer eventually said he was going to part ways and try and do things on his own. Lancey asked Crainer once he got settled to let him know what’s up and make sure everything is ok but he proceeded to ghost lancey all while slowly stealing ssundee from his collabs. Crainer and ssundee went on to record almost everything together up to Ssundees life break(for about 1 year). When ssundee began to return to UA-cam he recorded far less and Crainer was slowly faded away from the channel doing the same thing he did to lancey just in a more slow fashion.

Crainers story still leaves a lot of questions to be answered. He keeps claiming he was just "unhappy" with recording with ssundee and never explained what he was unhappy about. Ssundee and crainer both openly addressed in the past together that they realize ssundee is the larger content creator and ssundee usually is the entertainer, but ssundee took no offence to it and crainer was slowly catching up to ssundee and they made a great dynamic duo. Watching through the entirety of the luck block, skyfactory, crundee craft, and more I seeiously thought they were unseperable. Then crainer and ssundee both suddenly found new friend groups and entirely changed their content dynamic. Crainers videos got more corny all around feeling almost scripted while ssundee's almost has the same issue but his excuse is the content is aimed for a younger audience, which makes sense provided ssundee has children who are probly at the age to start watching his videos now.
Damn that’s crazy so basically he ghosted sssundee because he had sucked all the relevance off him and now wanted to suck the relevance from these dudes who sssundee introduced him to crazy
And to think that was just a little after he had that almost year long break to fix his marriage. Crainer waits all that time just to ditch him a few months later especially when your friend is kinda in need of the selfesteem boost to put out the content.

There was a balance issue. Looking back it's very clear. I grew up on those 2. I loved their content. But it feels like SSundee was the main character and Crainer was the sidekick. Which in a way I do see how crainer was unhappy with it. But it's not a big confrontation if he's the man youve spent many hours with. Though we don't know Ian behind the camera. We know what he wants us to know so.
I realized this when watching him play fortnite with his friends HE ALWAYS wins which just kinda ruined it for me cuz I felt it was scripted
No offence, I actually can't believe Crainer threw that all away instead of just talking to his friend. I heavily relate to Ssundee. My closest friend just did this same thing last week. 5 year friendship and he randomly ghosted me and said nothing. Crainer is in the wrong here.

Lancey had a video up on his channel probably 3-4 years ago now (might be more or less.) and had his entire story with crainer explained. he was in a truck driving around for easily a good 45 minuets and explained it a LOT better than what crainer did this podcast / interview.. I can't remember all the details but lancey gave crainer so much, a house, a place for him and his girlfriend to stay, money for food, etc etc etc. and crainer backstabbed lancey just for clout. and because of it single handedly destroyed lanceys career with ssundee and possibly other creators as well.
