Hi, Jim!🫡 I have that exact same Yeti, as well as the 20oź MagLock.
The non-solid large "0" ring is fairly easy to clean, but the thing to remember is that the slit faces down and not 'in' towards the groove in the lid. This is for totally sealing the gap to keep it leakproof. If you replace it with a solid ring, let us know: A; What you bought, and B; How good it seals the plastic against the stainless.
Also, I'm sure by now you've found out one of my favorite things about this Yeti, the handle is WELDED to the cup instead of held with screws! Cups like the Stanley, which are held by screws, tend to set up rust. Your Yeti won't do that.
I, like others,wish it was four fingers instead of three.
My OTHER leakproof cup is made by Thermos in both 16oz and 20. The particular lid has a, what looks to me like neoprene gasket system that has a small thumb size turn to open the gaskets, and, like the Yeti and others, has a sipping spot. BOTH are fantastic at, when i take a curve too fast, not filling my floorboards with coffee or soda!
Thanks for the reviews, and I've never heard of the Magellan brand. From what I've read, I don't think I'd like it for spill proof.

Hey Jim, did you hear back from the Casio Service Center yet about your GPR-H1000 Rangeman? Did you get any updates from them on what's wrong with the Rangeman and whether they will fix it or replace it with another new one?
Yes, I called them after our last conversation and they mailed it back to me so we’ll see soon how they did.
@@JimKinkade Did they fix it? What was wrong with the lug threads and what caused the screws to get loose in the lugs? Did the Casio Service Center say?
