Sorry brother. G Shock just came out with a updated version of this that includes tough solar and a screw case back with all metal case. It’s a lot more expensive but maybe you could try that as a replacement

Easy fix

Whelp it is good content at least. The only ones I have had die was an old one where the LED or whatever it is screen started to fail, missing segments & one that was killed when TSA checked my bags. They killed it (solar GW-M5610R solar) and another purely battery powered watch. So beware having watches in a watch case in your checked bags.

The GWG 2000 is a great watch, i am happy to own one. I still have the original gwg-1000-1a3er, and the GWG - B1000,and the GG-B100. The GG-B100 is a great watch, it's battery operated, but offers a lot for the money, even a step counter. I like that brown GD with the cordura band. I'm not a big fan of the new shiny and gold watches. They are looking so cheap. And the new silicon and urethane band with metallic deposition, just another marketing voodoo. And they discontinued the great looking utility series king. And they came out with those rings, a new form of e waste. Maybe I'm to old for this shit.

I have GA2100 1A1. This is my daily driver and I love this watch. But I thought some of the mudmaster series would be there in the top 10. or the new MIP display models. May be they'll catch up in 2025
