    Sir does built up property consist of constructed area plus open space and if so than can 1 acre land with build up Area of 200 sq yard comes under built up property rule

    1- Agar hum kisi property dealer yaa owner se koi plot lete hain to kaise pta lagayein ki plot Nagar Nigam mein hai yaa nagar palika yaa gram panchayat mein. 2- Koi plot lete samay uska dakhil khariz (Mutation) aur Ragistry properly hui hai ki nahi kaise pta lahayenge 3. Kisi plot ko kharidte samay agar hum koi Adovocate ko hired karte hain to wo humko apni fees ki reciept dega ........?

    So if we are outsiders then why we living in same country. India should declare uttrakhand and himachal as independent countries!!!
    Delhi, Panjab, Haryana, up need same land act as well to avoid pahadis and Bihari overtaking our states. If we are not allowed to buy land their so they should also stay in their states.
    One country one rule. Stop discrimination on basis of state, caste.
