- Shoppers inside a North Carolina Target confronted an alleged peeping tom. The 21-year-old suspect is accused of slipping his phone beneath a woman’s skirt. He claims he was shopping for children's books because his sister is pregnant. Police arrested Thomas Elliot at the Target store in Greenville. He was charged with five counts of felony secret peeping. Police say the 21-year-old denied any wrongdoing.
The fact he volunteers at a local elementary school is even more disturbing

The only person I’ve ever known that was caught and went to prison for child porn was a lady at work’s husband. He was the ‘youth minister’ at the Baptist church they attended. We never trusted anyone alone with our kids, and now don’t with our grandchildren.

I saw a guy do something like this at the Glenbrook Mall in Fort Wayne in 1993. I was browsing in a bookstore about 20 feet away from a gal in a skirt, who was also browsing. I happened to look up in time to see this guy come up behind her, crouch down and look up her skirt. I have a pretty strong voice and when I yelled "HEY!!!" it scared the hell out of him, her and everyone else in the store. That dude took off like a world-class sprinter.

This must be one of the fakest-looking UA-cam videos that _isn’t_ actually a fake. The way he looks at the camera filming before placing his phone. The stilted, actorish way the woman filming him speaks. The only thing that really convinced me this was _actually_ real was checking out the details to see if this dude actually existed and did what he did. It appears he does and did.
I noticed that too and thought it was fake too cuz he did look at the camera in front of him. But then I thought maybe the lady had her phone on her hand and was looking away from him when he looked at her direction. He probably thought she was distracted on her phone or scrolling through it when really she was just making sure she was getting him on video lol.
For some reason, this news coverage has staggered the audio with the video. the REAL, raw footage has him setting the phone down completely before the woman speaks up.
He's probably got tons of other videos on his phone.
Not to mention the framing including the "Bad Guys" books in the background behind him, just in case we needed any guidance on his role in the video.
Also him getting arrested did far more convincing than the rest of the video.
