👏👏 For the recovery, I recommend that you stick reflective silver adhesive tapes. I did this on my AIR 2S and it never bothered me again, because it obstructs the birds' vision and they move away because they get confused. Lol, well, I didn't encounter birds . My first time in the house crashed twice, but then I took it out and let the kids play with it, and I'm telling you the tracking is mad. lol followed us to the local shops, and it's so versatile with the controllers, I think it's the best value drone I've ever had of dji, can't wait for the neo 2 maybe a better camera but I think that's all it needs. Well, I think you should get mum one for crimbo, lol. As usual, great video looking forward to some more neo content 😂😁👌👍 🇬🇧
it’s a really cool drone which can basically be used by anyone in various different ways which makes it so unique and fun to use 😀 and yesss the tracking is simply amazing, I’ve tried to confuse it a couple of times and its got back on track really fast 🥳 hahaa, maybe I will have to! thanks, more neo content on the way soon 😎

The seagulls in my local area have also taken interest in my neo and tried to take it out my avata 2 has been fine in the same area the size,noise and speed usually mean the fly away

you know what when people say the picture quality is not so good (but i think it is) seeing your mum flying the drone and seeing her face makes the dji neo an amazing gadget and i am so glad i brought the flight combo version... love the little things even with all its quirks.. I have seagulls here (living in dover) so my first outdoor flight the seagulls were getting a bit excited lol but they did not approach.
awwh yeah she really loved flying him ☺️and yes the picture quality isn’t the best of the best but like u say, Neo isn’t meant for high end crystal clear quality it’s more about the creativeness and fun u can have with him. I’m sure the video quality will be upgraded in future releases.

Been playing with mine since Friday … it’s a far less worrying experience hearing this hit something than hearing my Mavic 3 hit something.
Going to be incorporating it in my next ebike review next week.

yessss! those birds ain’t messing around 😂 I haven’t done a full range test yet but will defo do one and go thru it in a future vid
DJI neo maximum height ??
All I am going to say is..... buy the Goggles 3 and Motion contol 3 (or just get the Avata 3 Flymore combo, bag of sand from DJI). The NEO and Avata 2 are amazing combo.

Now I'm even more scared to fly my neo on high altitude after your encounter with birds and the issue it experienced afterwards. I already lost a drone before due to strong wind and couldnt recover it. I lost interest in drones after that and its been few years since it happened
I would definitely say Neo isn’t for flying high, he doesn’t handle the wind well at all from my experience so far. so best to keep things low 😎

Friend, with all due respect, I think the mistake you made was that you did not take into account the limitations that Neo has for atmospheric conditions. He is very sensitive to wind and I think that was what caused the problem you had. The wind defeated him in a gust. I would recommend that you use an application for when you are going to fly it outside that describes the wind gusts and their direction. UAV forecast
tbh it wasn’t massively windy when I went to fly him, but yes ur right even a little bit of wind definitely didn’t help him by the time he got attacked. but thanks for the tips, I will defo look into doing that in future flights 😎

I don't know if there was already a satellite location. If there was already a satellite location, the variation in height is completely ruled out and the only thing that occurs to me is that it could have been what we talked about in the previous paragraph, a gust of wind.
