I used to be scared of bats, but not anymore! You officially made them cute to me. Also, I like your lacy top! So cute!

One of the most thorough studies on little waddling rainbow birbs was the very first over-winter study of Adelie penguins. However their behaviour offended the sensibilities of the old-timey researcher and he wrote his notes in ancient Greek, never published, and only presented the findings once to a closed-door meeting of zoologists. If he'd actually put out his findings we might've had an extra century of penguins instead of being hetero/monogamous icons like in March of the Penguins, we would have been able to truly appreciate these beautiful waddling gay icons

Top quality vid as always! sexuality is so diverse and interesting why do humans gotta try and make it so boring with our social stigmas?

Great video. Two dad swans sounds absolutely terrifying. I need to do a parthenogenesis video on whiptails, I talked about one of the dioecious species (wish I had used that term instead of bisexual, because even though I have seen that used to refer to the species with males and females, because I do feel bisexual should be used in a sexual orientation context)
But what about the Ruffs? Really interesting breeding system, that apparently scientists know more about than I was expecting. I mean it has more to do with gender expression, but there is some male-male that apparently draws females to the lek.

Parthenogenesis is so mind blowing to me!! I could make a whole video on all the different ways that there are to reproduce really! Oooh I hadn’t heard about Ruffs before, definitely going to look them up now

Sent here on the advice of John from Backyard Expeditions, and I’m really glad I checked out your channel! This was a really fascinating video, I learned a ton of new things and it was a great watch. I love the humor, I love the amazing amount of education you provided, and I can’t wait to see more from you!
