The half pipes make it so much easier. I never knew they existed. I suppose you could use plastic guttering or cut a plastic tube in half for narrow flutes. I had to beat cotton wadding into an even fluffy sort of fleace, a yard stick for poking it in and a regulator to smooth out any knots. Man I had it tough didn't I lol.
Are the channel tins tapered? I was thinking of ordering a set but was unsure how to choose the right size. My channels are 4.5 at the top and 3 at the bottom.

Yes, they are tapered. I would order smaller rather than bigger as they would still work if there on the small size
