120: Cutting that heater exhaust OFF

- This is an older video from 2019 that I uploaded "unlisted" - it was originally only viewable on my website. I've decided to publish it, but it's appearing in people's feeds as new content.
This is me succeeding on my THIRD attempt at fitting the diesel heater exhaust replacement. To be fair, the first attempt was without tools, the second attempt I was lying down on cold, wet mud.
I managed not to damage the pipe as well. The new exhaust is quieter, but the heater itself is as noisy as it was day one. Perhaps I'll open it up and look inside sometime. I only ever run it on full, as I read that it stops them from coking up. 🤔
Bonus fact: I filmed this in 4K 25fps on an unmodified GoPro H7 and edited in Lumafusion using Mandy's old iPhone X that John lent me. I still exported at 1080 and I don't like the fisheye look of the stock lens, but despite the low light, there's some nice detail in some of the footage.
I've been through some of my old unlisted videos that I originally only posted on my website or in a separate playlist on my channel. I've published them but turned off notifications... Seems they're still popping up in some people's feeds as new vids.
The publish date will be today, but those date back to 2019, 2020 & 2021 - The description will contain the original year it was uploaded.
Oops.
Still, for any new subscribers, it might be interesting to watch this older content as it hints at future content here on the channel.

Hey Craig. Things are going great right now. I'm based around Bedfordshire doing agency work. Money is good which makes a lot of a difference. I'm still in the van and my recent MOT fail repairs were the cheapest they've been to date. I keep planning my next update video, only life gets in the way. It's actually part edited and just needs me to sit down in front of the camera to do the talky talky bit. 😎

put the pump under the car in the sound proof box (with sound insulation) I did that, and it is amazingly quiet
This is an older video that accidentally shows up as a new video. My pump is now located inside the B-pillar beside the driver's seat. The thick metal and some additional sound deadening makes it silent inside and outside the van. 😎

I'm planning on putting my diesel heater under the driver's seat like you do in the future. I think
Gadget John followed my lead, but he was able to fit a 5KW size heater under his driver's seat. That might be a useful video to watch as the 2KW size is kinda hard to find AND more expensive.
