Not a panel beater, but after one heavy hit I would question the structural integrity of the vehicle it was to sustain another heavy blow in the repaired area's. stress fractures on node points along other areas of the chassis could also go unnoticed!
They're very good. But as workers they should do more about their own safety, like wearing protection and welding glasses. Plus using the right mask for painting.
Shows how cheap labour are in many of these parts of the world. The first car would be economically totaled out in the west because they'd be too expensive to repair.
Their workers are also standing next to the metal they are bending with a chain, welding without glasses, and are air brushing with paper masks instead of actual respirators. That's EXACTLY what I thought and is very true...although seeing how these guys repaired this seems like a great way to show their skills when it comes to smaller repairs.....if they can do this....then any bodywork is possible with them.
When looking at this safe condition is a relative term. That's a unibody car as Mostar today and after an accident that bad I would not trust the structure of the car or its ability to have a proper alignment done after all of this. That car is probably going to chew through tires like crazy and nobody's ever going to know why
That ain't even slightly close to "safe". You tell me one spot where they prep the old and new panels by removing all paint down to bare metal in the areas to be welded, thereby ensuring a good bond of the welded materials? You don't, every weld was done over paint and dirt, contaminating it and making it very weak and this was done on major structural pieces that require all the integrity you would expect from a new car. The crazy thing is these "Craftsman" are filming themselves as if they're proud of what they do. Here in the U.S. these shops would be shut down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for unsafe workmanship.
Just bears the question whether some of the vehicles really should be repaired. I wonder how the integrity holds up in future accidents. Bend a sheet of metal often enough and it snaps in half.
These cars would be illegal to drive in my country, after having so much bodywork cut out and welded back in.. looks more like the old cut and shunt jobs Front end of one car welded to the back of another, Not safe....
How do you think the cars are constructed? They're just welded together in designated places. All these guys are doing is removing the factory spot welds, throwing out the junk, and welding in new panels. It doesn't make the car any less safe if done correctly. You can even see that they install a brand new frame spar in the first video after removing the damaged one.

These mechanics are beyond awesome. Back to new. Thanks
Not a good idea to stretch out deformationzones again after impact, will not be safe another time.
If you watch again they're pulling out the deformed stuff and then cutting it away. Just an intermediate step to welding in new panels.
@@gymkhanadog u cant just weld stuff together as you like, a chassis is a precise and balanced constructed part, it wont be able to withstand forces as it should after just welding new parts in

Id hire a guy like him, and pay him the top pay in the respective field he was in. No question. He pays attention to every detail.
Now I know why they just “Total” out a car 🤪 so much work and time to repair it back to “safe condition”
Good to see something repaired for continued use, rather than junk the whole thing.
So true! Here in the States both of those cars would be declared totaled and sent to a wrecking yard.
Just bears the question whether some of the vehicles really should be repaired. I wonder how the integrity holds up in future accidents. Bend a sheet of metal often enough and it snaps in half.
@@johnmca5643 u mean sold out by insurance company to country like Poland ^^
@@johnmca5643 sold to europe you mean to crapy repair.
The whole thing doesn't get junked, the part that got smashed gets junked, the rest is sold for used parts
These cars would be illegal to drive in my country, after having so much bodywork cut out and welded back in.. looks more like the old cut and shunt jobs Front end of one car welded to the back of another, Not safe....
Exactly, very unsafe. next crash the car may end up in two parts and the new buyer dead.
@@gymkhanadog I made my living in cars for 40 plus YEARS!. You don't know squat about wrecked cars they NEVER GO BACK STRAIGHT! EVER,Tires will not last on repaired wrecks like this and NO ONE can make this car sturdy again after a hit like this!, My brother bought totals& near totals I KNOW!.

well in the USA and assuming some other countries. That car would be considered TOTALLED out by Insurance company and sent to scrap yard. Cause it would be well stupid and dumb to try to fix a car with that much frame damage. Would be unsafe.
Awsome work guys I work in a body shop and do collision repair and I'm amazed at what I can do to a car that is smashed up like this or worse and owner is paying for repairs out of pocket cuse insurance totaled it and its unbelievable what qe can do with technology to make repairs like this or worse I always add way more welds to the inner panels then what I drilled out so it's stronger and less of a chance of it coming undone somewhere I just like to just for security and over kill lol
Where is your shop located
Great stuff, I don't think anyone should accept their car as totaled, the insurance company just wants to take the easy way out.
