I am completely obsessed with the litleextra reactivate serum for hair growth and I do not need to wash my hair the next day after application. This serum is nice and useful for hair growth; after just a few weeks of use, I noticed a good improvement in the thickness and strength of my hair. The serum is feather-light and doesn't leave a greasy residue, making it easy to apply. It also has a pleasant smell, which is a bonus. The formula is packed with essential nutrients that nourished the hair follicles.
I wonder if a very low dose (>0.1mg) of Finasteride would be a good thing for young men to take even before they start thinning or as they near the average age men start to recede
@@ashtzy9682 That is pretty young, Check with a doctor for vitamin and nourishment deficiencies. Also other life factors like stress can cause hair loss, so if you're suffering do what you can to remedy that problem
Some things that have helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
So the ultimate focus in on that Little Extra kit. Yesterday I watched many videos related to hair loss. I saw at least two videos where I found such comments and replies agreeing to the main comments. I suspected something. On closer inspection, I found out that the accounts which made those comments and replies were all just a few months old from 1-3 to maximum 5-6 months. Are all these accounts sponsored by the small brand to advertise its product? I think so. These days even UA-cam comments cannot be trusted. Ill got, ill spent. If what I am thinking is true, I pray to God that you get poorer than what you are now. Is it a joke? Peopl are watching these videos to get a solution and you people are giving false hopes for money.
For three years, I've been losing my hair, and over time, I started losing hope in everything. My formerly thick and voluminous hair has slowly become thinner and shrunken. The experience has been very heartbreaking. Finally I did some research and found the liitlllextrra reactivate serum. After 95 days, I'm seeing new hair growth. It gave me a new ray of hope, and I'm really grateful for this much-needed inspiration.
Many of my friends are using reactivate hair serum these days, and a good number of them mentioned that it is working for them in hair growth and reducing hair fall.
I got to your channel looking for informed opinions, detailed processes, and zero judgment, and that's exactly what I found. Thank you so much for your work.
I was losing my hair when I was 18 already. You could already visibly look through my relatively long hair by the time I was 19. By accident at an event, an acquaintance told me about his success story with it (which is now 10 years ago), so I went to my dermatologist and demanded Finasteride as well. After almost 10 years of taking this, I still have a full head of hair (what I had lost regrew I suppose as my hair follicles didn't die completely yet). I personally have no side effects so for me this was and is a godsent.

Finasteride for lowering DHT will slow down miniaturization. Oral Minoxidil in conjunction will lengthen the anagen phase by increasing blood supply to the dermal papillae.. Both taken together will increase hair lifespan. Great video
Been on Finasteride for 3+ years. My only regret is not starting it earlier, good luck to you all. The most important thing is you have to be patient - some days you'll feel down and think you're losing it but I can tell you from experience just be patient and don't get down.
I just write it here in case it can be useful for someone. I have stated losing hair from last year which i thought is because of DHT. But i found out later that it was because my blood pressure was going roof suddenly. Once i balanced my blood pressure it fixed everything.
@@Vendettalecce It can. Because high blood pressure means the blood vessels are in isolation. And minoxidil does great job to dilate blood vessels to every skin and scalp which is key to regrow hair. Hair follicles becomes stronger and hairs grows in anagen phase due to oxygen of blood cells. Blood is oxygen. Remember, oral minoxidil was originally designed to treat hypertension in men and the later found out they notice hair regrowth on scalp. So yes there are connection between hypertension and hairloss pattern in men.
I heard of some people that were completely bald but had an estrogen therapy or something Like that, they gained back a huge amount of Hair which is why i think that Hair follicles take a looonnngg time to actually die. Hi It Tech Should it be done Before or after Monoxidil how often do you recommend to microneedle and what size microneedles.? I've seen some horror stories of infections and scabbing of the scalp due to microneedling which scares the jeebus out of me. Thanks
@@TAXCHEAT there will always be horror stories from people misusing the product the intended way. For example, some people believe increasing needle length will speed up the process, or using it more frequently than recommended... Generally, use minox daily except on the days you microneedle. When needling, don't do more than 1.5mm needles.. also, pens seem to work better than rollers since they cause less damage, but are more expensive. Needling should only be done once every 7-10days, allowing 24hrs before applying minox so the skin can heal properly and limit damage. Also, make sure you disinfect the needles and scalp before using
@@RedSparrows also it is worth to learn how to disinfect your tools properly: I read it on healthline that first you have to put your microneedle in isopropyl alcohol (for at least 10 mins). Then after usage, first you have to clean it in a warm water with some dishwasher soap, because this is what dissolves protein traces from your blood and skin. After that you have to disinfect it in isopropyl alcohol again.
I have been using 1mg finasteride and liquid minoxidil for 2 years now. Anecdotally, it has been working well for me with no side effects, however I know someone who took finasteride and side effects included anxiety and suicidal thoughts and had to come off it. Use carefully.
I'm 25 and I was having massive hair loss and thinning at the start of the year. The medic prescribed minoxidil 5mg tablets + minoxidil spray 5%. After 3 months, I had incredible results! My hair was way thicker and I couldn't see my scalp anymore. I was so happy. However, the medic removed the capsules for the next 3 months and only left me with the spray. After those 3 months my hair started to thin again, my scalp became visible again :( Now I'm going to the medic to see what can we do about it.
It's a classic case, oral minoxidil works way better generally than topical minoxidil (with an increased risk of side effects ofc). I suspect it was responsible for most of your hair tickening, and removing it made you lose those gains.
“From there Elisha went up to Bethel. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys.”

Id think twice about it. Finasteride is no joke and can fuck you up, there are even cases of erectile dysfunction that continue even after stopping. It fucks with your hormones, not worth it
I'm one of those 5 out of 100 that got the side effects of finasteride which still last, but to a much lesser degree, over a year after stopping it. I have also tried dutasteride... And man was it a bad idea. Dutasteride is like finasteride but on thermonuclear steroids.
@@metaverse1196 well, Ive stopped doing minoxidil months ago and started microneedling (Dr. Pen. 11needles cartridges) once a week. It's unpleasant but it's only once a week. The effect is similar to minoxidil. I still have the same hairline as I did a year ago 🤷♂️

*Pro tips for newbies:* 1. Don't take minoxidil by itself. It only prolongs the hair growth cycle, it does NOT lower dihydrotestosterone levels and thus you will still have hair loss with it while simultaneously having minoxidil dependent hair follicles that are growing. Only take minoxidil if you use an anti-androgen suppressor something like finasteride and you are willing to take it for the rest of your life(which you may not since it's more of a pain in the ass over taking a pill). Remember nothing can replace minoxidil so if it works for you and you try and get off even while on finasteride you will lose ground because of the follicles that are minoxidil dependent. 2. Finasteride is the gold standard. Be careful with starting with the standard dosage of 7mg per week. Conservative doctors start with 3mg per week(addressed in this video). Vast majority of cases with people having issues with finasteride did not take low dosages. Finasteride has a 30 day half life in the tissue which is a good thing. Again since it's half life is 30 days in the tissue you do not need to take it everyday. Even with low dosages finasteride can build up in the system over enough time and could potential cause some side effects. Another method of helping mitigate this is to cycle off of finasteride every 6 months for 1 month to help clear out of your system. Again because the half life in the TISSUE is 30 days you can cycle off for 1 month and then back on and not have much hair regression at all(if any). 3. Using steroids will bypass the benefits of finasteride. If the steroid is dihydrotestosterone based you are literally bypassing how finasteride lowers your dihydrotestosterone levels because finasteride inhibits the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. Dihydrotestosterone based steroids DIRECTLY increase dihydrotestosterone without the conversion. Also even if the steroids isn't directly increasing dihydrotestosterone then you still will have issues because of your testosterone levels are multiple times higher because of steroids then that 60% doesn't do much. Finasteride only stops the conversion of test to dihydrotestosterone by about 60% and will not be enough when testosterone levels are that high.
@@zephyrsig but once you stop talking finasteride all progress will slowly go away. And also finasteride has side effects because it boosts hair growth by lowering testosterone to reduce dht resulting in low sexuality in some cases that's what i learnt.
I am 44 years old and would look so young if I didn't get thinning hair and receding hairline by 30. It might have to do with taking preworkout powders or getting a bad sunburn on my scalp. I have to say when in the sun make sure you wear a hat or your hair is really long and full on top. Since 30 when most of the shedding happened it didn't shed much more after and I been taking everything I can think of to get hair to grew back but most of the time taking saw palmetto to just keep more from coming out. I did stop taking it for a while and I didn't see more hair shed but I ended up taking it again anyways. The thing is I never seen much regrowth in the areas where you can see scalp even though I tried everything and my friend got a hair transplant twice so far and told me to just do it. For $5000-$8000 for one I don't know. I wish it was like $1000 and I would of thought about it. He got it done 8 years ago and then again last week. He seems to be happy to not be bald. I just wish there was something that just helped regrow my hair normally again. I even tried a massager and a dermaroller for months now without really that much regrowth. I want a fast regrowth way without waiting years.
@@noelnoni7310 I am using a derma roller and rogaine right now to see if that works. I am only a 3 weeks in and so far it seems a little bit better. I think that is the only way really. Transplants will be an instant fix but then you would have to do rogaine to keep it anyways. It might take a while longer to get it back but at least I didn't spend that much. I found 3 months after market stuff for $20 and I don't use that much so it can last 6 months so why not.

I have two questions regarding finasteride dosage. 1. What would be better, 1mg three times a week or 0.5mg every day? 2. Would those taking 0.2mg eventually reach the same end results as those taking 1mg but just take longer to get there?
There’s actually studies done that 0.2 is the actual effective dose and they saw no difference between 0.2 a day and 1mg a day the only difference between the two was 1mg caused more side effects they just give you 1mg to be safe because everyone handles the drug differently so it’s a universal dose try 0.2 a day first I’ve seen great results with 0.25 just cut your 1mg pill into 4 pieces with a razor and it will be 0.25 plus it will last you the whole year instead of 3 months saving money and saving your hair👍🏼 Don’t take this as gospel though see how you do if your hair loss gets worse because it’s not an effective dose for you or better because it is and change your dose accordingly but like I said I’m not a doctor do this at your own risk lol.
Research out there shows that at a 1mg dose, you could take it every other day or even every 2/3 days and its nearly as effective as a daily dose and obviously would lower your risk of potential side effects. If youre experiencing side effects or worried you will that is always an option.

Finasteride taking 2 years is something I wish was more widely known/talked about. My dr. said that it was basically: 0-3months: additional shedding 4-6months: initial results 7-12months: significant results. No mention of 13-24months at all. I was under the impression that most of the results would be there by month 12. I'm currently in month 10 and not overly impressed. Knowing I have over a year left to see more results gives hope. Realistically speaking though, what can I hope to see? Will the progress continue or is like 95% at 12 months and then the extra 5% the next year? I am also taking minoxidil orally and microneedle. I was micro needling at 1.5 once a month and have started to do it weekly now.

I do think it is working to a degree. Nothing like the hyper responders we often see in these youtube videos though. Recently I've noticed more baby hairs in the temples and they weren't there before, so I'm praying they become actual full hair adding to my hairline so it isn't so "Vegeta-like". But what has me really hopeful is that many are saying it isn't until that 2nd year that you see the real results. So fingers crossed.
@@jesuszavala1101 I've been on fin for a year now and when I started I had very minor recession going on along my hairline. The most noticable thing was all the hair I was losing down the drain every time I showered. Just in the first few months of staring Fin my hair loss completely stopped. I'm probably just an exception but it's been a miracle drug for me personally. Granted I started treatment very early on when I noticed my hair in the shower and didn't wait months or years and be denial about it. That's the key, if you wait too long you'll never get back the hair you lost. Some people will experience some regrowth but for most that's not the case. Fin is used to stabilize the hair loss and help you keep the hair you still have. Once its gone it's gone though. So get it on as early as you can and stick with it.

The most important thing is you have to be patient - some days you'll feel down and think you're losing it but I can tell you from experience just be patient and don't get down.

how can high blood pressure cause hair loss?
how long did it take after you fixed the problem
@@Vendettalecce It can. Because high blood pressure means the blood vessels are in isolation. And minoxidil does great job to dilate blood vessels to every skin and scalp which is key to regrow hair. Hair follicles becomes stronger and hairs grows in anagen phase due to oxygen of blood cells. Blood is oxygen. Remember, oral minoxidil was originally designed to treat hypertension in men and the later found out they notice hair regrowth on scalp. So yes there are connection between hypertension and hairloss pattern in men.

It is a good one off product for learning how to get your natural hair color back minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 at last got cool results with it.
*Pro tips for newbies:*
Finasteride only stops the conversion of test to dihydrotestosterone by about 60% and will not be enough when testosterone levels are that high.
so take finasteride while you still have hair to keep what you have instead of trying to regrow and creating new minoxidil dependant hairs?
@@zephyrsig Correct. Minoxidil doesn't address the root cause and the impact of getting off stopping minoxidil is greater.
@@zephyrsig but once you stop talking finasteride all progress will slowly go away. And also finasteride has side effects because it boosts hair growth by lowering testosterone to reduce dht resulting in low sexuality in some cases that's what i learnt.

Save up for a hair transplant or use the DHT blockers. There’s no other way than of course accepting being bald
@@paulpjr3224 rosemary essential oil is also good. Mix it with ketoconazole shampoo and a Jamaican castor oil. Only buy rosemary oil that is in a dark bottle, the others are fake oil. Try that. It’s cheap and it lasts a while with no side-effects 3-4 times a week. My hair got thicker in a week but results need to be seen on the scalps but rosemary oil has been proven to work as good as 2% minoxidil

Put an egg on your hair for 1 hour then wash it off with shampoo 🧴
Eggs have proteins(albumen) which strengthen them
Very informative. This info if I’d watched before 2-3 years, I wouldn’t had have to do research for so long!
This video knew what I was thinking every time
I want to thank DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam for curing my hair lost within 20days after I finish using his herbal remedies
The best treatment is a combination of oral Minoxidil 5 mg +Finasteride 1 mg +Dutasteride 0.5 mg
Best video i have evern seen on this issue.... Great work
Do low intensity excercise and accept yourself and you may heal better.
Only we can understand the pain we get from hair loss
Golden channel - a fine addition to my colllection. Yes, please - I would love to see the next video where you talk about the emerging treatments. I will be hitting the bell and waiting hopefully for the video!
Some interesting concepts here, as always it's important to get many points of view and look at the science behind it, as well as your unique diagnosis.

Best video about baldness that I have ever seen! Thanks!
Don't attached your self esteem with your hair. I shave it and accept it. People say and they are gonna say... I take positive attitude and reject negative ones...
I know it is not easy... and nothing is... but when you start accepting it... you feel confident...
Hi! Can you do a detail review of PRP , redensyl, dutestaride

Most of the patients of hair loss using minoxidil and finasteride for 3-4 months, grow new baby hairs but after they stop the use of these costly products, the new grown hair and even the original hair starts to fall again. What do you say about it?

Wow great video. I'd love to hear about the emerging therapies as well. Thanks.
yes please more detailed videos! THANKS!!
Please make a video on PRP and other techniques that you have showed in the end...
Which software you use for making such animated videos
Guys don't waste your time on PRP, I have taken 6 treatments and got 0 results. It's a painful procedure and is expensive.
I can't take minoxidil cause of side effects such as heart palpitations and anxiety so I am taking a hair loss serum ( capis logan) along with a redensyl serum and 1 mg finasteride. I am only a month into this new regime and I am hoping for good results.
I am on using minoxidil 5% (prescribed by my dermatologist) thanks for suggesting finastride I will talk about it with him
Can you please tell me what your dermatologist thinks about minoxidil 5% and finastride?
@@clirimmazreku4819 currently I am on minoxidil 5% because I have less then 60% hair left and my baldness isn't following pattern all of my top hairs are falling, in blood test I got to know that I have vitamin b and d deficiency so currently I am on vitamin b & d supplements with minoxidil 5%, He didn't said anything about finastride in our first meeting
I'll ask him in second meeting
(IMO he didn't suggest finastride because in the beginning minoxidil increase the hair fall)
Try minoxidil with dermaneedling bro works miracles bro

Dutasteride acts on both Type I and Ii 5 alpha reductase as opposed to Finesteride which only acts on Tyoe 2
Succinct explanation. Bravo!... Just do not neglect the collateral effects in some cases. Three percent is, in fact, a huge number when you take into consideration the amount of men that are gonna try to attenuate their hair loss. Everybody trying for the first time should be prudent, also patient, and seek the guidance of a dermatologists or medical doctor. ... Anyway, I believe your video is the best I have found about the topic.
Did you make a video of the last 3 items that have shown promise? If not, that would be a great closing of the hair loss series to show current medical breakthroughs and the future of combatting hair loss.
We need detailed video on Dutasteride 🙏
For those who are saying go to the gym. What about THE ROCK he still in the gym😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
in 2012 the FDA added to Propecia's (finasteride) own label that sexual side effects may continue even after discontinuation of use. Anyone who would touch a drug that has that on it's label is nuts. Just my two cents.

As you correctly stated, there are only two medically approved hair loss treatments for men, which are Minoxidil and Finasteride. However, multi-vitamin supplements like ours can also be a great benefit to the hair.
They don’t address the root cause of balding tho
Watching in 2024
I'm 20 years old
Now in 3rd Stage
Can't imagine myself 😔
Believe me baldness is bcz of stress, if u not really happy inside you will lose your hair
Finasteride taking 2 years is something I wish was more widely known/talked about.
My dr. said that it was basically:
0-3months: additional shedding
4-6months: initial results
7-12months: significant results.
Any notice able difference? I been on it for 4 months and so far only notice small results. My hairline is slowly coming back but my crown is more visible. My hair did get a little thicker but still got a noticeable scalp. I'm 24 all of this started in high school
@@jesuszavala1101 Sorry for the late response. I have notifications turned off for replies and it was only because someone liked my comment that I noticed.
It is REALLY hard to say because for over a decade I shaved my head. When I started the Fin/Min I also decided to let my hair grow out. So obviously I will have longer and fully hair that way.
@@stephensporman8206 yeah its different for everybody.
How is the results now?
