Great idea! 👍 I prefer sleeping on my side, but anytime I lay on either side, the nostril closest to the pillow immediately becomes clogged and I am only breathing through the other nostril and my machine is ineffective. If I lay on my back I can breath through both nostrils and fall asleep, but do end up snoring occasionally through the night. 😢
I have a pillow like that. Actually 4 of them because they were at our discount store and I have been trying so many different things to sleep. Sold as a knee pillow, but works well as a head pillow. I can’t sleep much on my sides for a list of reasons. This pillow helps me keep my head in a good position. I was surprised to see this short on it. Thank you 😊
Good advice. I have CA and C-S on my back but not on my side. I did not know this until I had shoulder surgery and could not sleep on my side for months.
I used to be a side sleeper for my early years as a human. In my latter years as a human, I experienced a slipped disk, and have been unable to sleep for long periods on my sides, so I had to get used to sleeping mostly on my back. That lead to sleep apnea. So it's either I can't sleep because of my back problems, or I can't sleep because of my apnea. No good solutions.

I am a tummy sleeper . Hurts my back and neck, no end. Maybe it would work, too?
