Also started off the list with episodes that had less views so you might have missed them. Shouldn't Charlie Manson's be in the crap musicians of the world ? 😂😂😂
Nice channel mate, do u create alone or are you a team ???
There's only one Morbid musician on here. The rest are just morbid musicians
I just don't think Charles Manson belongs here
I have to mention, in the Trent Reznor segment, the Happiness in Slavery video has a performance artist named Bob Flanagan who is known for sadomasochism. So the reason why so much of what is shown is so realistic is because… well, it probably was.
I was gonna mention this. Bob has a documentary about him that's both difficult and heartbreaking. Guy had a fascinating life.
I haven't heard Bob Flanagan's name in a long time and I didn't know that was him in the video until now. Thanks to you both, I'm going to look him up.
Bob Flannigan is definitely the heart and soul of Reznor's most hardcore visuals, I highly recommend watching the documentary "SICK" on his plight despite/in spite of suffering from cystic fibrosis.
@@TheMightyPika "SICK" is one of the best documentaries out there. Not for the faint hearted though, that's for sure.
As a member of the lifestyle, Bob Flanagan was one of my favorite people. I couldn't imagine having to live with his illness.
I’m a simple woman, I see Pelle/Dead and I click. Nice to see this supercut of your musician videos!
Thank you!!
What is Pelle/Dead?
@@hahajonesex-vocalist of the black metal band Mayhem
I don't know if you know this, but dead was in the music video for the candlemass song bewitched. If you have never seen it, you should check it out. It was the happiest i have ever seen him look in videos or pictures.

Thanks for the 80gb upload 🤣 That export must have been painfully long lol. Looking forward to seeing what you release next
Thank you for giving a fair shake to all sides of the Mayhem story. It's rare that that happens. 👍🤘
The members of Devo contacted Hinckley and he sent them a poem he wrote about Jodie Foster. They used it as the basis of their song "I Desire" in 1982, which got them a lot of criticism.

I am going to show my age here.. but I seen NIN during their 2000 Fragility Tour in philly , Trent reznor was excellent ❤
Saw them with Bowie in Camden in 95. I'll be 43 on Friday so don't feel so old lol.
how was Bowie? One of the best festivals i went to as a teen was lalapoloza in 1997, snoop dogg, Beck, pono for pyros, prodigy some of the acts I remember. GG has always been an interesting figure in music , love him or hate him he didn't care
GG is a guilty pleasure. Don't care for his music, but dig his "zero f*cks to give" attitude.
He was simply mentally ill. Had a shit start in life. There was nothing to love about his antics lol. EMPTY SHOWS. They SUCKED as musicians and being simply gross for attention didn’t get them anywhere. Now people not around back then think it was something. Praising his “don’t care” attitude lol. He was MENTALLY ILL. Not a rebel lol… but a JOKE.
Lmao I WAS around. They opened for my husband and they SUCKED. Nobody gave them the time of day.
He sucked bad.
@@Stable_Geniusggs early music was such a dope i love it, even his later country songs are great
I love Hank 3, his song Punch, Fight, Fuk is the only reason I know who he is, I have watched a few documentaries about GG that were pretty good, he is an interesting individual lol
Dude, your work is nothing short of excellent. I, myself, don't care for most of this music, but the time and effort that has been put in made me watch the entire video. Great job.
Thank you! Really appreciate it!
I don’t know… I am still on the first story, and his name is Terry Melcher, not “Wellsher”. So that lack of a well known name makes me not want to continue. You have to get basic facts right.
@@cav4988 he says "Melcher" you'd know that if you kept watching/listening. You're an unnecessary and harsh critic
@@cav4988 i heard Melcher
I know people throw these words around all the time, but this is way better than any movie or documentary being done these days 👏 Great selection of stories around the world, and excellent script writing. Cheers! 👍
Thank you so much, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that ❤️
I say this every video you upload and will most likely continue to do so.
Your style and vision make for a very unique feel and desire to watch your content.
As someone that has dabbled in the editing process I can see the time and effort you put in.
The subject matter is always intriguing and stands out from the norm, I really hope you keep on with your work and you appear to have a loyal, tight knit cult following that appreciate it the same.
It doesn't go unappreciated.
Chalino was the biggest badass who ever lived. Spine of titanium that guy.
My wife and I love watching your videos together, we love binging them! Can't wait for the next one!
Would be great if you mentioned Satan Panonski, beside only adding him on the thumbnail.
Very troubled but actually a caring person he was.
This is such an underrated video, the amount of details are outstanding. You did a great job!
Bruh this is the best video (or compilation of videos) thank you so much 💖💖💖💖
Great video, perfect for the season 👍 take care
Thanks a million, you too!
Pat Hare should be there. He wrote a song about killing his girlfriend called “I’m Gonna Murder My Baby”, 8 years later - he murdered his girlfriend and a cop who came after him.
While he was not the most succesful, he was a significant influence on rock music, as he was one of the first to record a very distorted guitar. He was great at playing, I honestly love and enjoy his music. He recorded Cotton Crop Blues and Hold Me In Your Arms with James Cotton.
Seriously, ideal if you do part 2, as there is not many mentions of him on youtube like that.
Another candidate I can think of was Hasil Adkins. Although he was not intentionally a bad person, he sure was a dangerous fella to be around, with none the less interesting life. He was very much an outsider musician, with little to no fame or money. His music is rough, crude , the recording is very raw and the lyrics as weird as it gets, however it is probably as close as you get to authenticity in rock and country music, true embodiment of outlaw country. He got his cut of fame after years in the 80s, when he was discovered by a psychobilly band The Cramps who covered his song.
Bro I was gonna try to flex my hip-hop knowledge and be "that guy" but you touching on Black Market Records made me respect you even more than I already did. Ive done rap shows (i even opened for X-Raided 9 months after he got out of prison) and ANY artist ive talked to/ seen in interviews signed to BMR has NO and i mean NO kind words about them.
Respect brother. Godspeed.
GG was beyond wild...
He was pretty insane, but I wouldn't call him terrifying. But I'm also insane, so I suppose maybe I wouldn't be as terrified of his antics as others would be.
I kinda feel bad for the way he was brought up. You know someone is going to be messed up when their mother names them 'Jesus Christ.'
@@androgynylunacy Have you thrown your poop at anyone...?
Great video as always!! I always get excited when I get a notification from you!! I'll have to settle for a capri sun today, it's a little cold outside for a lemonade stand 😂
Thank you! Really appreciate it and yeah not the day for it haha :P
John Hinkley actually sounds pretty good. And the Trent Reznor sketch from Whitest Kids U Know was one of the funniest.
Clicked for Dead on the thumbnail, got Euronymous in the video. Still not disappointed.
Thank you Jimmy Iovine!
Are you a Boredoms fan too? I love noise, but by the time I got to see Boredoms they were a nice pretty drum circle. I've been to a lot of SRL shows though, (earplugs required, waivers signed) so I got the dangerous shows but separated from a band. SRL wasn't trying to put anyone in that much danger, they wanted to keep performing. Wish I could have seen Hanatarash! Einsterzende Neubauten is also a long time favorite.Thank you for covering some of my favorite bands! I was pregnant when I had my only chance to see G.G., so I passed, no thank you. I have to chech out the last artist, I'm so happy you showed us who he is.
Fantastic video. Very well done, thank you sir.
Thank you glad you enjoyed it!

Just watching for the first time, must say you have a pleasant voice and dialect.
This was *very* well done. Liked and subbed!!

Seth Putnam from AxCx is another great candidate for this
Definitely a good candidate, hard to translate to UA-cam, even the band name would get me demonitised but it's something I might be able to work around eventually
I second this
Ohhhh yes please
@@deburke321In the Slave To The Grind documentary, a starting member of AxCx tells the story of how finding out the band's name broke his mother's heart

I'm a 90s kid but I have a fascination with the 60s and couldn't believe it when I first heard about Mansons link to The Beach Boys. They say the freedom and innocence of the 60s era died when the murders were committed. Although I'm glad Manson rotted in prison til the end, I believe Tex Watson was the worst one and should be held way more accountable for his part. I highly recommend checking out Rob Zombies documentary on Manson called The final word. Now I'm gonna finish watching this fantastic video by Deburke.
Tex is still in prison. Yeah I feel he was worse as well. Not a ONE of them ever got out of prison.
but Manson was an informant and a CIA plant. Arguably worse than Watson
Manson was railroaded do some actual research in the case instead of blindly believing helter skelter shot was a fairy tale
@@tylerdouglas480. Yes
my serial killers and cults teacher spent entirely too long on this connection for some odd reason every little detail including in the curriculum listening to a song written and preformed by Manson.......it was different lol ,
My senior year history teacher forced me to read John Hinckley’s letter in its entirety to the class for talking. It was hilarious.
Great work 👍
The broken movie is one of my favorite pieces of disturbing media of all time. I love the ep and the video just intensified the feelings of hatred and mania so well
Idk that Dead is terrifying in the wzy this list infers. He never hurt anyone and i don't believe he ever intended to. He was extraordinarily depressed and in need of help that he didn't get. And thats terrifying in a whole different way. Unless you've been there how can a human mind really imagine that level of desperation and sadness.
Varg is probably the “most terrifying” of them and he didn’t even really get mentioned
You need to do an in depth look at the Black Metal genre. True, it turned out NOT to be what the bands tried to impress as 'real' but it was full of sorry, sad & tragic figures that are as interesting as any music biographies that came before. (I'm NOT trying to compare Black Metal to The Beatles...just the stories that came with the music).
I see it the same way as you. I'm not a BM fan but the history is fascinating.
The trick with BM was convincing everyone it was made exclusively by Satanists, when the term Black Metal was coined by Euronymous, as a tribute to the album by Venom, who very likely were actual Satanists.
If you watch the interviews of Satyricon, Darkthrone and Immortal, they really couldn't care less about the devil. They all say they like the dark feeling that comes from the music.
charles manson’s music was actually amazing. wild..
"Relax, I have pictures of everything." 😂
Why is there Satan Panonski on thumbnail but not in video? :D
Pad’s video about noise was really awesome
Satan Panonski in the thumbnail 🗣️🗣️🗣️
I'm not surprised that Leadbelly's on here, although I didn't know his story. I love me since Leadbelly, but he always seemed a little dangerous. He just gives off those vibes. I wonder if Robert Johnson is on here, too. He wrote a song about trying to shoot his girlfriend, called ".38 Special."
Zack bagins of ghost adventures owns some of Charles Manson's ashes in his haunted museum in Los Vegas.
Seeing Charles Manson and Dead on the same thumbnail was strange to say the least 😭
Euronymous wasn't terrifying, he just had a big mouth. Varg, however, although not terrifying, was pretty scary. He's not now, of course, but he was apparently capable of stabbing a person to death. Why was the story not about HIM?
He told a lie and stuck to it 🤘
Euronymous was a 5ft6 inch metal goblin who hated anyone more talented or potentially more successful than he was. Most people eventually got sick of his antics.
The Broken video was heavily influenced by PSYCHIC TV’s ceremony video and SPK’s video do a deep dive into those!

Dead would both enjoy and hate his inclusion in this vid
There's an odd crease in this chaps face at 11:46 which disappears at 11:53. I know that the film is edited/cut at that point but still it seems odd to me.
That's all, ha ha! 🙂
Anyway, it's a good video. Thanks.
I enjoyed this, but the entire reason I clicked on it was because the thumbnail features Satan Panonski, so it's disappointing he was just used for clickbait. I recommend people check him out. I was surprised that Johnny Paycheck and Jerry Lee Lewis didn't make the cut. They were scarier than G.G. All in, they just didn't shit all over themselves or go on talk shows. I've been into G.G. for nearly 3 decades and I've gotta love him he was pretty theatrical and really enjoyed being the guy your daughter isn't safe around and I think once he realizes he wasn't ever really going to actually make it as a bonafide rock 'n roll rockstar, he figured he would do the degenerate thing to the nth degree and at least leave a mark. I think the same could be said about Manson. There are definitely parallels. Totally different than someone like Death in Mayhem. I hate thinking he did Euronymous a favor with all the great shock value material he left for him to exploit. Even if Varg is universally hated by most people at this point for his politics or for killing Euronymous, at least he wasn't standing around wearing his own band t-shirt with his belly button exposed standing in his own record store and/or studio looking tough while never getting his hands dirty. He was like Black Metal Andy Warhol or something. You might have considered actually featuring Einsturzende Neubauten. They did play a concert inside Nuremberg, which is pretty verboten, amongst other things , the injuries incurred using chainsaws and jackhammers living in the tunnels and playing under the autobahn, not to mention Blixa wanting to have a dead horse brought in for concerts. They didn't have criminal records or hurt people but just their "equipment" alone (operated by drunken drug riddled homeless anarchists during the cold war) is what makes them terrifying and my favorite band. ; )
He was supposed to be in the video, I messed up and forgot to include his entry at the end but I have made a full video about him, type in Croatias Most Disturbing Musician and you’ll find my video about him
@@deburke321 It's all good and I did watch your other video months back, which was cool. It's not like there is a ton of content on him or that topic for that matter, so I appreciate that your video is something in English that's out there.
You didn't mention Acerbus of Ondskapt, and there is that crazy guy from Kettle Cadaver
Also, it's strange you chose to talk about Euronymous instead of Varg.
Actually Manson's musical talent was about on a par with his prison house spiders that he made out of his own hair. The music execs knew this, but then, they weren't stoned out of their minds on 50 different drugs like the Beach Boys.
I still find Manson's interviews interesting, and he's still 90% right about 80% of his rants. Really though, he was just po-ed that he wasn't good enough to break into the industry. And Neil can bite me for comparing him to Bob Dylan. What a derp.
Hello
Your voice is so interesting
I clicked on this video because of the thumbnail, on which is Satan Panonski, a Croatian punk rock musician, I believe you put him on the thumbnail because you mistook him for GG Allin, anyways, great video!
glad i was not the only one...
This is a compilation of older videos so he might've covered Panonski before but didn't realize the mistake in the thumbnail.
Are there gonna be any videos any time soon?
Yeah full script almost done, still have to record and edit so might be a little while but it's on the way
Cool btw I really like your video on broken. I really love that movie

You made a video on evil musicians and if you were to make a video on artists that failed in the art world to end up becoming evil then its Adolf Hitler to talk about because he was a artist that was better known for his evil. Like you could say Charles Manson's story of a musician that became better known for his evil which is interesting because in that perspective Manson and Hitler are put in the same subject from what I heard from some people over the years.

Anytime one artist starts “making rules, controlling others, and believing their own BS” they’re doomed to implode. They always do.
Who is the 10 Terrifying Musicians From Around The World? Let's find out!
Black metal is the only music that matters to me anymore. Nothing else comes close.
Based. DSBM?
Cool story
Varg defended himself, Euronymous was a psychopath.
Varg is also a f*cking Nazi, so ... yeah no sympathy at all there.
Hinkley rules
What? Where is Kenny G on this list? Or Yanni, or Yoko Ono?
Charles Manson had a voice lovely enough to sing Christmas songs! The crimes were directly related to the fact that The Beach Boys and their producer screwed Manson out of a contract and stole some of his music. If Melcher and Wilson hadn't been so greedy and dishonest, that fuse probably wouldn't have been lit and a lot of those innocent people might still be alive today. The son of Tate/Polanski would have no doubt gone into the entertainment industry. He probably would have been a very stunning and beautiful man. Polanski probably wouldn't have done the thing he did and Manson might very well be on the list of beloved old nostalgic performers, a crooner, that go on to intern in Vegas. All because someone made a bunch of promises and didn't want to acknowledge the writer or pay for music they outright stole. Just remember that whenever you hear The Beach Boys lol!
2:06:45 Wait... so Gibby Haynes (Butthole Surfers) is the one who leaked the Broken video?!?
