I got my very first job was when I was 18 years old (I'm 40 now) & I scored a job 5 minutes away from my home. My mum was proud. It was a little Mum & Pop store called Blockbuster Video. As a movie lover, THAT was a dream job for me. Talking to people about movies, recommending movies to people & free rentals was such a AWESOME perk. It was pretty great to say the least. I have fond memories for sure. I still have my name tag too.
