I really enjoy your videos Judith and it's great to talk about goals b/c I still have things to accomplish and maybe create new one's that I may not be aware of. For some people things can come easy and for others, it may take longer but if we keep an open mind and believe in ourselves, things can happen; I'm a firm believer that what ever we ask for can come to us in many different ways.
I try to rewatch these sometimes just to make sure I’m making sense. I sometimes wonder if I might be trying to cover more territory than necessary but I remind myself that perfection is not the goal, but authenticity is! I did get a great laugh at the end! Moving around on my big leather chair made me sound like I had eaten an entire pot of beans for breakfast! 💨🤪😂

My husband and I got to meet you a couple years ago at the Santa Fe Comic Con and we just love you! ♥ I just have to say, this video helped me a lot. I lost my sweet Mama 7 months ago so this year will definitely be different for me. I am very encouraged and inspired with what you said. I have ideas I've always wanted to do and have recently been working on them. I want this to be a year of really finding myself and working towards my dreams! Thank you so much for this! ♥

Thank you Judith! Refining goals & discarding lingering mental resistance is where 2023's at for me. For example, I started martial arts training this year with one reason being to help fight resistance towards morning workouts. - UA-cam videos will come once a week this year instead of every 4 days, allowing breathing room to create future content at a more casual pace.
