Hey! Just found your channel! I love all the shouts you give Tak in your videos like Top 10 Abstracts, Top 10 Pub Games, and Top 10 Games That Replace Classics. Tak is, by far, my favorite game. And there is just so much depth to it. What you probably didn't know is that there is a very large and active online community for playing Tak with tournaments and casual play all the time. There are even tournaments specifically for beginners(one of them just started 2 days ago) and intermediate players in addition to the big leagues like the Tak Championship that is just wrapping up this weekend. I know you said you will always be down to play Tak, so you should check out the online community and play with some of us on there! Maybe even play in a tournament! I know you said you feel pretty confident in the game in one of your videos ;)
Indeed, my excitement for the next book has cooled a bit. I feel like Rothfuss is being too much of a perfectionist with the final installment. Nothing is ever perfect, he needs to finish editing it and release the damn thing.
I enjoyed the game but wish I had bought the cheaper "University" edition with the square pieces. While this version is REALLY attractive we found the oddly shaped pieces to be very difficult to pick up and move especially when the stacks got above three pieces. 7/10
Large stacks can definitely be an issue when moving, I have giant hands which lessens the issue for me, though people I’ve played against have raised the swim concern. I also agree that squares would have been better in this edition. I still love it though. ;)
Lynn talks as much as she wants on any video she wants to talk in. We used to do more of the off camera rating because Lynn felt very camera shy. She’s gotten much better and appears in any video where she feels she has something to say about the game. She still will occasionally give an opinion from off screen when she doesn’t feel comfortable.

Thanks very much, and thanks for the info. I'll check it out if I get the chance to.
"We are currently waiting for the 3th book". 4 years later.....nothing.

Very intriguing game!
You should let Lynn talk more so she can explain herself. Something to keep in mind for later videos.

why not just call them "white" and "brown"?
But I prefer mocha and ivory. ;)
