I've been sick as a dog all week with unbelievable back pain and I finally got some antibiotics and painkillers today but your video and positive attitude have cheered me up more than any thing in the world. Never stop doing what you're doing my friends. More important now than ever in these trying times. I just wish I had my appetite back cuz I basically haven't eaten anything all week!

I could eat breakfast 3x/ day / everyday a couple times I would have steak n eggs, My Great Gma ate sausage or bacon and eggs every day her entire life and cooked stuff in bacon grease or drippings and lived to be 107 and my Gma lived to be 101 I'm hoping to be around for a while as I have 4 grandkids born in the last 2 years.

Another great fun recipe - thanks - I might substitute a toasted soft roll (friendlier to store-bought choppers -lol) but some great ideas for sure. And everytime that old hat gets tipped to me and my fellow brothers and sisters who served, it warms my heart, I tell you what. You guys are the best.

ahhh, the breakfast sandwich... righteous! very similar to mine, but if i use chorizo, i'm doing scrambled/omelette style egg with the sausage and a bit of cheese in the eggs, folded up nice and neat for the bagel. an 'egg ring' can do ok, but i find that they let egg seep out the bottom, so i generally don't use them. keep it up Cowboy Kent and the production crew... great videos!

When I was with mi abuelita, she'd mix eggs with the chorizo... then, after cooking the chorizo, she'd mix the eggs with it, and let the eggs firm up... that's good in a tortilla! Plus, the chorizo stays put! You could scramble it, but it's better on a sandwich when it's in one piece!

These look really good - I'm going to give both of them a try. Here's one that's a bit milder and that you can put together quick if Bertha wants to sleep in. Brown a handful of 80/20 burger in a skillet. Get your egg going just the way you did, and season with salt and pepper. Put an English muffin in the toaster, set so it just browns a bit. When the muffin comes up, put a slice of American or Cheddar cheese between the halves while they are hot so it melts a little. Take the lid off and put the burger on that cheese when it's done, then cover the top with mayonnaise. Put your egg on the burger and add cayenne pepper to that. Put the top half on and enjoy. Simple but better than you might think - definitely better than the drive-thru. Thanks for what you do! Your show is an inspiration.
