the water coming into the tub runs very slow and does not fill the tub. my house water supply was shut off for a while and i'm concerned that maybe there's debris in the water system preventing a solid flow. I replaced the water filter but that has not changed anything. any thoughts on how to flush the water system?

What if everything is working but the ice sheet is only getting to about 1/4 or thinner. Any ideas what to look for ? And I’ve set it to the where the ice should be at least to 1/2 to 3/4 thick.

How long is the freeze cycle have you timed it
Also any sealed system work done on it
My suggestion would be the evaporator thermistor check it to see if it’s off range
There is a tech sheet behind the bottom kick plate

I have this same maker. It makes one cycle of ice then although everything seem to be running it stops makeing Ice. If i turn on and off it seems to make another batch. Not 100% sure but it seems like the drain pump comes on for no reason and then the bin refills. Circ pump never runs dry. There is always water to pump

No not really, I gave up temporarily. I think my next thing is to replace the control board. I replaced the pump and the solenoid valve and the cold plate seems to get plenty cold.

Same issue here too... tank fills, water starts circulating, then drain pump kicks on and empties the tank before ice has a chance to form. cycle repeats... wondering if it is a control board issue ?
