I find that the hardest part of making a card is deciding on the theme, color, style, and sentiment. Once those decisions are made, the actual execution of putting it together goes fast. I make most of my cards for particular people, so the sentiment is very specific to them and to the occasion. There are so many styles (A2, A7, portrait or landscape orientation, easel, pop-up, box, z-fold, etc.) and so many themes (floral, balloons, sports, country and western, modern/abstract, etc.), it takes a while to make a decision. I find it helpful to go to Pinterest or UA-cam for ideas, and your channel is one that I really enjoy. Thanks for some great ideas!
What a great idea for gluing on more intricate die cuts!! I can easily make a sponge like that! The entire die cut gets glue that way without it oozing out. I love having quick card ideas. I usually spend quite a bit of time on my cards, but when pressed for time this design with your different embellishments would definitely simplify things.
I have the hardest time making a bow. I watched you make the bow on the second card. Wow. Now I just have to practice, practice, practice. Thank you so much. Its the best and easies bow I have seen.
Dena love love love your cards! You mentioned robotics, my daughter was invited to sing the national anthem as the intro at a robotics event in our town (last weekend). Super proud momma here! I am sure it makes your heart happy for your robotics people to do well! Happy card making!!
Dena, you definitely have a Midas touch to any cards you create. Everything is so well balanced and beyond beautiful. Thinking about taking your class but my new printer won’t hook up to my Apple table which is also new from Christmas. Yes, I’m a lucky girl. Tyfs. Hugz!
Funny...when you said you were going to stamp it again, I held my breath. I thought you were going to actually stamp over top of the first image. I am amazed at how many stampers don’t use the hyped up Misti. I actually made a replica and never use it. I’ve pretty much have mastered stamping after making cards for over 20 yrs. Getting back to your cards...beautiful!
Hi Pat, While I don't know exactly which card you are referring to since this video is almost a year old, using a Stamp Positioner like our Stamparatus is great when you start with it. I love my stamparatus, but only use it for specific situations in my stamping (I am to lazy to use it for everything) and so that doesn't allow you to "restamp" unless you start with it. I, too, agree, that after over 20 years of stamping, I am pretty good, and don't have much trouble. I do find that my Stamparatus is a very valuable tool, but, like I said, just for very specific things....
What kind of adhesive are you using in the first card example? The 'hello, dear friend' card when you are adding the tiny, intricate die cut leaves and flowers... I looked through all your supplies, and checked the links, but still couldn't seem to find a link for that roll of adhesive that you use. Thanks so much!
Ok I don’t have a machine I see that you are use punch so where do I finding the punch your are use. And what type of pen are you used please the time that you have class my at my physical therapy so what can. So what can I do I like what you are showing and your student are happy with what you are teaching.
Thank you for the lovely cards. Your work are always so inspirational. I would love to join your card club, I am in South-Africa. Is that possible? Nicolene

I have had several people join just for my card making things--unfortunately it is the easiest and most economical way for me to hold this type of class!

It’s nice to see you stamping without using a stamping aid. The old fashioned way! Beautiful cards!

Beautiful ❤️❤️
I love all the cards, but how about someone who is just beginning and doesnt have all the stamps and punches? Also, how do you do the inside part?
Hi Dena! Beautiful cards as usual. Is their a list of needed items for these classes? Thanks.
No--they are designed to be done with whatever you have. I share lots of ideas, but you can use anything to make your projects.
Love the designs. But: did I get that right? Instead of referring to card sketches, refer to sample cards instead?
P.S.: I looove the glueing splotcher!
Thank you for the lovely cards. Your work are always so inspirational. I would love to join your card club, I am in South-Africa. Is that possible? Nicolene

To take the classes will I need a die cut machine and the stamps you use?
What is the name of the sticky tape you use in the first card to attach the little leaves and flowers to the card?
Glue dots
Thank you!
What kind of glue tape are you using?
Lovely🥰❤️‼️
What do you do when your blending marker goes dry? I mean completely dry. Thanks Dena
Diane Nugent if you’ve had it for a while, I’d purchase a new one. If it is less than 90 days, I’d contact your demo to get a replacement.
What is the glue gun and tape called?
thank you
Can I take your classes if I do not have FB?
I would love that answer also! I can not will not do FB...:) Hope there is another option for people who don't like it lol
What is the roll of tape called.( You used to adhere the leaves)
Probably Seal Adhesive :)
Thank you
Great cards Dina, as always. Thanks. I would love to take your class but I don't subscribe to Facebook.
I have had several people join just for my card making things--unfortunately it is the easiest and most economical way for me to hold this type of class!
