    Thanks for sharing, if one key unlocks all doors and the second key only driver's, how to change for all doors unlocking?

    Great video 👍 VW golf 2000 great car but never liked door lock issues and the software that would lock the car randomly and lower windows feature when it was raining heavily 🙄.

      Yeah, mk4s are great cars but unfortunately plagued by door lock issues. Mine sometimes locks itself back with the driver's door open after unlocking (microswitch issue). I think this convenience system is somewhat over-engineered.

    Hi isn’t that possible just by holding down the lock and unlock button on the remote.

    • @LMAutoRepairs
      @LMAutoRepairs  3 роки тому

      Pressing it twice...
      But you need to do it every time...

    Loved the video! I've got a 2009 Audi A3. In my car you can enable/disable the full unlock via inboard computer menu. By default the car came with the full unlock enabled. I had to change it, using the menu, for driver's door and fuel filler cap only. Are you sure it's not the same in this Golf? You might have disabled the full unlock menu option...
    Could you show us how, on long coding, you could enable the fog lights' cornering function? And what about the comfort turning signals (make them flash 4 or 5 times) making them more useful than just 3 flashes?

      Hi
      No... no option in the computer menu...
      I did not went that far on this one... and was not my car, can't really go and check what else is possible to do... all the coding j showed, should be possible to change though...
      Thank you for watching and for your comment!

    What's the model number of your Maxisys? You ever thought of getting Autel to sponsor you or maybe you can become an affiliate partner?

      @@LMAutoRepairs Bypass them and link through to Autel products on Amazon instead that way you get a cut of any sales (plus sales of other items, it doesn't have to be an Autel unit).
      Keep up the good work👍🏻
