Anyone missing oatmeal? I had to completely cut it out bc of blood sugar issues. I found this oatmeal replacement on YT. Can’t remember specific channel. Sorry. So here goes…
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp hemp hearts
    1 tbsp flaxseeds
    1/2 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp almond flour
    Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup full fat Greek yogurt
8 ounces milk of choice. I use almond.
    Stevia (optional)
I absolutely love it! Hope that helps someone.

I found your video a couple of days ago, and I'm hooked. I was desperate to learn about this phase of my life, which has taken over my life. I've been so depressed because I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong about my weight gain. I'm so glad I found your video, and I have already learned so much. I will definitely be joining the program and purchasing your supplements. Finally, someone who understands our struggles. Kudos 👏 to you.

Chia seed is not easily digestible and in my case eventually caused diverticulitis. I can directly attribute the diverticulitis to chia seeds when I went to Emergency. So I now switched to chia seed powder.

I’m nearly 53 and have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome from an accident almost a decade ago. I also have fibromyalgia and central sensitization. I’d been doing all these good things and it helped me lower inflammation and pain. Then life got rough and I slid back into bad habits over a couple years. Now I’m in terrible health and terrible pain. However, I was blessed to find your videos and am going back to the healthy ways you reminded me of (plus plenty of new things that are fascinating).
Thank you for your instructional, thorough, and truly interesting videos. I appreciate you sharing your vast knowledge and experience, for free, to get women started on the road to the best health, especially in menopause. Your videos are not “too long.” It’s like taking a college course online where one can pause and take notes or even break it down into smaller bits to fit ones availability. Don’t change a thing. 🙂

I love that I found you perimenopausal woman here trying my best to be healthy into my golden years but I don't understand how people can intermittent fast 16 hours a day and get 100 g of protein in a day I cannot. I try so but I'm forcing food when I'm not hungry so I can get protein which makes you full for most of my day its absolutely so difficult to do it how do people do it. I'll eat two to three eggs with either ground beef or cottage cheese plus veggies at 9am then I'm not hungry until 4:00 in the afternoon which is my last meal of the day because I go to bed at 8: 30 so I can get up at 4 in the morning. That would be maybe 60 or so g of protein not enough for sure. For lunch I'm either forcing a protein shake or forcing a piece of salmon.

I have found u & I can’t stop watching u! Yr fantastic! So so amazing! I’m also a Mom who just turned 54. I eat super healthy as u explain. But, I’m learning more & more from u. I need to add in the 25 min 5 days a wk of cardio aerobic exercise n get my heart rate up to 120 beats per min. Plus , I too have cancer n other who horrid diseases that run in my family. I’ve lost both my Mother & Father who I was this Caregiver for until they each passed. Plus, I’ve accomplished so much more on my life. U fascinate me! I’m following u on TikTok n on FB, as well! I cannot wait until yr book comes out! I’m so thrilled about how u go in-depth about nutrition n talk about it being about “Health & Weight Loss.” Yr an amazing person! I feel so luck today have found u on Utube! Ty for this outstanding video I have pages of notes & screenshots of yr supplements! I do take most of them already but not all. I’m going to download yr tracker app “Cronometer” sounds amazing! I ty again for going in depth about belly fat in our menopause yrs. It’s extremely frustrating to lose it which I have never ever had before. Just eating healthy is not enough I must introduce the exercise as u have stated which I did in my teens n 20’s n 30’s n most of my early 40’s then tons of stress n my Mother’s Alzheimer’s but I put myself last in the “back burner” n I suffered tremendously health wise. So now in the last 5 yrs I’m trying to get back on track n take of myself. I had a lot of “health issues.” But like u mentioned - I DO NOT want to be unhealthy for the rest of my life! I adored my daughters & I want to live a long healthy life! So ty again! I can’t wait to join! ❤️❤️

But then, the product made me sick everytime I tried to re-incorporate it into my diet. (Headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness). MANY people who left reviews had the SAME complaints!!! Could bovine collagen be problematic because of what the cows are fed? My fingernails are terrible. My hair is brittle. I'm 58 yrs. old. Are fish and vegan collagen more biocompatible?

Love you! Can you please share your thoughts on NMN and Resveratrol? You said you were experimenting with it. From my research it looks like resveratrol may interfere with estrogen? I’m on 200 Estrodot and 100 prometrium vaginally. Estrogen level at last blood test was 450. I’d like it to be higher but seems I have trouble absorbing.

Are ground flax seeds as good as chia? I don't love the gooey texture of chia so use ground flax instead

I use all three! If I eat them quickly, it is no problem with texture.

I'm worried about eating hemp hearts or poppy seeds because I don't want to fail a drug test, which I could be subjected to at work. Is this a logical fear?

I'm 5'4" and weigh 135lbs at the age of 63. The weight I want to go back to is 119. Not sure if that's possible.
