I understand what skip is saying about being a leader and being THE guy on your team. They never figured out their dynamic in OKC. We knew Durant was better but they let Westbrook run around like he was the best and that creates problems. Durant needed to send a message that he was clearly the leader and everyone falls in line behind him. Wade and LeBron had that problem the first year in Miami where LeBron wasn't really sure if the team was his. Obviously he was top 3 but I understand Skip's mindset. Wade's intangibles over KD ......but his game at that point no way.
