I have a few ideas for masterminds who aren't in the actual cast. 1. Mandy (Grim Adventures). Not only was this character cut from the original cast, she has the means to make it happen with Grim's assistance. Plus, causing despair among others is very much in line with her characters. 2. The Delightful Children (KND). Perhaps their philosophy is that a despairing child is an obedient child, and thus to make the world as obedient as they are, they influenced this killing game among some of its most talented people. 3. Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls). A fairly obvious pick, Bill wants to spread chaos and disorder. We've already seen Junko do something similar with the Tragedy, so I could see Bill using the killing game to accomplish a similar goal. 4. Tak (Invader Zim). Mostly an attempt at revenge against Zim, Gaz and Dib for their interference in her plans. Souring the name of the entire Membrane legacy is icing on the cake. 5. Kenny (South Park). Kenny has been driven into the depths of despair through his innumerable deaths, and now he wants everyone else to feel what he has felt time and time again. Of these, I think Mandy or Bill are most likely, since they have the means to make it so. Grim's scythe and Bill's reality-warping powers would help explain why the superheroes aren't able to break through the walls and such.
Little add on: imagine if the primary reason for Mabel killing Star was because Star was attempting to kill Dipper and Mabel was trying to protect him. IDK just a mini theory until the class trial happens.

Masterminds have to do a lot of planning, and planning is not something Zim is exactly good at. 2. Lets be honest, Ed is gonna die in the fourth case. He’s a big guy. Big guys never survive the fourth case.
I remember seeing somewhere that it could be jenny becuase robots don't have fingerprints so there would be no fingerprint needed to open the MonoKaller. But imo, this would be too obvious if that was the case. I also saw someone suspect morty.
Ok I like the theory especially the chapter 1 killer theory but I think dib or Mabel would be the support caricature so haveing them die off so fast is probably not the best idea
Here are my predictions. Star is obviously the first victim, we know that, but I feel as though her killer would be Gaz. After all, they have two split personalities, and I feel as though Star's crazy personality would make Gaz snap and kill Star. On top of that, Gaz would try and cover up her act, and frame it on someone who's more likely to kill, like Zim or Vandetta. The second victim is going to be Bubbles for me. Bubbles I assume would be tricked to follow her killer into a room where her killer said they found an animal. As for her killer, I think it's going to be Morty. I think Morty's motive would be that he wanted to escape the killing game so he could prove to Rick that he's worth something, and isn't a total failure, however, I think when Monokuma is about to execute everyone since they can't figure out who the killer is, Morty wouldn't be able to follow through with his plan anymore and breaks down into sobs, admitting his deed. The third and fourth victims I think would be Jenny and Charlotte. I think Jenny would be killed because someone was jealous about her abilities as a robot and killed her in a blind rage. I think Charlotte was killed because she just so happened to walk in on the killing. I think the killer would Eddy, even though he is my favorite character. I just think that he can get jealous very easily and would be upset about his deed once it's revealed to everyone. I also think he would tell Ed to say goodbye to Double D for him just before his execution. The fifth victim is going to be Kyle. I think he would've been tricked just like Bubbles was, but under a different condition. He would be tricked into leaving the group because he got an letter from an unknown person wanting to help him get revenge on Cartman, but Kyle gets killed instead. I think his killer would be Vandetta. Vandetta could manipulate someone if she truly wanted to, and could trick the others into thinking Cartman did the deed because she took Cartman's hat and put some blood droplets on it, the plan to frame him obviously failing. The sixth and final victim I think would be, Sadly, Mabel. Mainly because she would walk into the killer's room and hearing the killer talking about killing Dipper, and attempted to take her killer out, ending up being Killed instead. And I think the killer would be Blossom. Blossom wanted to kill someone because she wanted to go home and make sure Buttercup was okay, and she originally planned to kill Dipper, but killed Mabel instead. Now for the mastermind behind it all. I think the mastermind would be Dib. I think this is because he felt like his father never liked him since his dad never believed a word he said, especially when he tried to call Zim out as an Alien, and that information about Zim would be known since chapter 3, and thus, turned away from his dad. The Despair believed him. The despair liked him when no one else did. He developed in it, and killed his father so he could run the school and begin his despair across the world. The remaining are the survivors: Cartman, Zim, Ed, and, of course, Dipper. I've seen another oone that makes Mabel the first killer, though. Honestly, I would rather see her as being a victim. The final one. Her and Dipper making it through the horrors that live in Gravity Falls, Bill Chiper's actions. This killing game only to end like that for the twins. Also I don't think Keyle would give up so quickly. I mean South Park is it's own hell after all.
I’m not too versed in danganronpa. I haven’t played or seen any of the games this is my introduction to this type of stuff.. But knowing how Ed got pissed off just by a pebble being stuck in his shoe. Or his love for his friends. I could see this culminating in Ed killing someone either for a slight inconvenience he had from them, going out of his way to protect double d anyway he could, or maybe both of these adding up to a murder. His intelligence isn’t too high either so him doing the deed without any second thought could also add to motivations.

I believe the mastermind would be Bill Cipher, I doubt it would be Zim because he doesn’t have this sorta attitude and he couldn’t affect others powers or magic. Also it would make sense cause Bill would return in a different form a different time. While also I kinda believe Kyle and Cartman would be the Kaito situation (not the one we don’t know who die but their attitude) since they give me that sorta vibe. I also believe Ed would die in chapter 4 cause the buff characters also die there. Also I believe Jenny could be the 1st killer not because of the motive but in self defense since Star try to kill her to get Marco (she acted like she didn’t know him) and they were friends and it is either her or blossom or bubbles since they lost their powers.
Also i actually believe zim could be the mastermind. If you watched the prologue's prologue you whould know why. I imagin zim secretly taking over the school as normal Student, using the school's Technology and the magic and powers of other students to take over the world. And After doing that makes the killing game to show the world what whould happen, if they disobey him.
I feel like Dib is the Kyoko due to their dads being the principal, so I think he'd survive. Honestly I think it'd be more interesting if Morty was the mastermind since it would definitely be a cool twist, plus evil Morty. My prediction is that the mastermind is peter griffin. We have had a surprisingly amount of meta references about it for liking and subscribing, to items etc, and it would make sense that they are there for a reason. As for the reason? Probably a vendetta against kablam and the nickelodeon/cartoon network network

Even in that case, Celeste still died. I believe that Taka was more of a leader, because he sorta takes charge, yea, it was Celeste's idea to have meetings, but Taka is the one who really enforced it. Not to mention he kept telling everyone to believe in themselves countless times in chapter 1.

I've seen another oone that makes Mabel the first killer, though. Honestly, I would rather see her as being a victim. The final one. Her and Dipper making it through the horrors that live in Gravity Falls, Bill Chiper's actions. This killing game only to end like that for the twins. Also I don't think Keyle would give up so quickly. I mean South Park is it's own hell after all.

I’m not too versed in danganronpa. I haven’t played or seen any of the games this is my introduction to this type of stuff.. But knowing how Ed got pissed off just by a pebble being stuck in his shoe. Or his love for his friends. I could see this culminating in Ed killing someone either for a slight inconvenience he had from them, going out of his way to protect double d anyway he could, or maybe both of these adding up to a murder. His intelligence isn’t too high either so him doing the deed without any second thought could also add to motivations.

I believe the mastermind would be Bill Cipher, I doubt it would be Zim because he doesn’t have this sorta attitude and he couldn’t affect others powers or magic. Also it would make sense cause Bill would return in a different form a different time. While also I kinda believe Kyle and Cartman would be the Kaito situation (not the one we don’t know who die but their attitude) since they give me that sorta vibe. I also believe Ed would die in chapter 4 cause the buff characters also die there.
Also I believe Jenny could be the 1st killer not because of the motive but in self defense since Star try to kill her to get Marco (she acted like she didn’t know him) and they were friends and it is either her or blossom or bubbles since they lost their powers.

Also i actually believe zim could be the mastermind. If you watched the prologue's prologue you whould know why. I imagin zim secretly taking over the school as normal Student, using the school's Technology and the magic and powers of other students to take over the world. And After doing that makes the killing game to show the world what whould happen, if they disobey him.
I feel like Dib is the Kyoko due to their dads being the principal, so I think he'd survive.

My prediction is that the mastermind is peter griffin. We have had a surprisingly amount of meta references about it for liking and subscribing, to items etc, and it would make sense that they are there for a reason.

Case.1 Mabel killed star.
Case.2 Eddy kills Kyle cause in danganronpa in every second chapter the criminal one of the cast(mondo,fuyuhiko and ryoma) somehow get involved in the case. And i see eddy as the criminal one cause of his Talent and imagin him being involved by being the culprit.
Chapter.3 Blossom and vendetta getting killed by Charlotte. I imagin she whould pull out a mikan. How this whould play out. Charlotte tricked blossom to Follow her and when they were alone, she killed blossom. Vendetta saw everything but got killed by Charlotte herself.

I believe that Taka was more of a leader, because he sorta takes charge, yea, it was Celeste's idea to have meetings, but Taka is the one who really enforced it. Not to mention he kept telling everyone to believe in themselves countless times in chapter 1.
