Hmm, Fangan ideas… Chapter 1: Killer finds the victim annoying, so he douses her in gasoline and lights her on fire. Pretty simple. He put her remains in a cabinet. Chapter 2: Victim does a room-swap as part of a dare. The killer meant to kill the other, but she killed him anyway. This time, she put some thought into disposing of the evidence, putting it in a garbage bag and incinerating it. Nobody noticed until breakfast. Chapter 3: First victim is the person who room-swapped with the previous victim. He went wandering into the canteen alone, where he was stabbed to death after having his fingers twisted one by one. The second victim went investigating, but she was stabbed and left to bleed to death. Chapter 4: Victim has his food tainted, which he eats unknowingly. Quite simple. Chapter 5: Victim is told to meet up with the killer in another person’s dorm. The victim is drowned in the toilet of the dorm, which is then locked. (The dorm’s owner was a girl, and the killer wanted to pin the blame on someone.) Chapter 6: MC finds the mastermind. Need I say more?
Probably not in a standard game as the mastermind is dead and the killing game just... ends. In a game like V3, presumably someone else would get flashback lighted to be the new mastermind therefore you would be if you got caught.
New tip: Don't be useful, don't be useless, be up and down with your use-ability. Killers will kill useful people to make trials harder, killers will kill useless people as free kills because they can't overpower other people intellectually or physically, be average, fly under the radar, be like himiko or aoi or hiro or kazuichi
I feel like sonya kinda fits the bill here too. I feel like she's just kinda there for the most part and doesn't actually do anything in regards to the trials. I thought she was one of the more forgetable characters. I guess that's why she survives.
Sooooo, basically don't do shit but always be everywhere, while keeping your head lower than your balls.... Yasuhiro and Tenko had some nice ass gameplans then.
Had a character who did most of these. Then a whole staircase got drugged (couldn't really avoid that) and they got thrown off of the ship they were on. 5th chapter victim 🕺💃
Hoard supplies at the beginning. Set up a "safe zone." Have them suspect nothing. Be the _right_ mix of helpful and useless. Let only _one_ other person in, someone you can trust with your very _life_ on the line. Buddy-up with them, instruct them to meet up with you again there after the third trial, assuming you both survive. If done right, it's now _you two_ against the other 8, and any other friendships or alliances you each _suspect_ you have, will tell you who _else_ you can and can't trust, and who the MM likely is. From there? Back the MM and PC back into a corner. ^Source? "Ultimate Social Engineer," why do you ask? **is billy-clubbed**
My strategy would be to just board myself up and hope to get carried during the trials "And so with that- Who the hell are you?" "the 15th person, duh." "But there was ONLY 15 of us here when it started- and if 1 person died-" "uh-huh."
So I was wondering what if someone, after killing person, disposed of the body permanently, for example burned it, and no one would found it, so there would be no trial. Like, what would have monokuma do about it? Everyone would probably wonder where that person is, and I think that might lead to interesting situations. Like maybe they would've found out someone had been killed but without discovering the body they can't do anything. Now I will think about it all night, great. Anyway, sorry for bad english, and if you have any idea what could happen pls tell me, because I'm dying to hear some theories
Omgg same I’ve always thought about it. Like what would happen if someone completely dispose of a body ?? Like that would be so interesting. I hope a fangame actually uses this lol
That is some good plot points, however logically that is a bit impossible. Hiding the corpse means no class trial, no class trial means no escape, no escape means no points. This can only work if this is to get rid of someone smart like the detective so you can plan the real murder with less chance to be figured out, although this come with the entire job to deal with the corpse. But yeah you are right, this kind of things sound interesting and can work if the author of the fangan is smart enough to pull this off.
Omg! It reminded me of a fanfic ("I'd Trade My Life for Yours" on AO3) where Kaede survived instead of Shuichi in the first chapter. And then there in the third chapter, Angie wanted to pull off such a thing so that no one would find the victim's body and everyone would live in peace, because Monokuma would not be able to give a new motive while the previous motive was still in effect.
@@lunamariahawke9320 That is no good, it is too simple, when someone can’t be found, they will be assumed dead, when their corpse can’t be found, then the person on clean duty will be suspected first, hence this can’t be used. So yeah this idea is cool but manage to pull it off is very hard.
1:57 ACTUALLY do NOT make friends explanation: making friends is a fish on a hook. you must remain silent and useless because if you make friends, you will become close, and if one or two or all of them die you will SLIGHTLY be giving yourself a motive to get revenge. youd start to become emotional and hysterical (which is common for a murdering game like this) and you become depressed and you want your friend to receive justice. believe me when i say there are people in the world who commit mass crimes just to avenge either their dead relative or just a stepped on cookie, if you dont believe me then start believing. if you took history classes you know in ancient times people started war and killed thousands just because their spouse or father or mother or whatever was important to them was killed like when xerxes I invaded ancient greece because his damn father died for trying to steal greece’s trade system. so at all chances you either stay silent and useless or be weird enough to get people away from you, even monokuma
I'd literally just hide in my room and only come out for food. They have built in bathrooms, so..why else could i possibly need to leave? I bet i could occupy myself until we get out. And if I'm useless, I'm a-shoe-in for surviving!!
0:47 What if the Mastermind presents a Fake Motive, but doesn't tell anyone after the Blackened has been Executed from trying to kill someone thanks to that Motive?
"Don't talk too much." I can just hear Kiyotaka: "I don't know how you guessed the tracksuit was blue, but that doesn't mean you murdered Fujisaki, right! HE'S INNOCENT, WHY ARE YOU ALL TRYING TO FRAME HIM!"
I feel like Nagito's plan with Chiaki was one of the smartest ways to go about things. Make it so anyone could've been the killer, but change the plan a little bit so only you could be the killer and maybe you could get away with it.

Step five: be a self-insert for the player (citation: Makoto Neagi)
Another rule: either stick with anyone in groups and NEVER leave it or make a reputation of yourself being the loner type that wouldn't kill a fly.
In both cases, you end up being the useless one and will most likely survive.
One way to survive Danganronpa.
Build a bomb and invite the entire cast for a nice tea party.
The JD/Nagito Komaeda gambit.
I love how in the thumbnail leon just says
AHO
AHO
AHO
1:34 why is it when you say number 15 it sounds like "number 15 Burger King foot lettuce" ☠
because that's literally the meme
you can't lockpick the dorms, was mentioned on a note in dr1... but then aigan, dr2 didn't have that for sure
you should be able to in ndrv3 yes?
*Hajime not having a lock entirely, thanks Ibuki*
Thank you, Danganronpa is about become real in 3 seconds and I really needed this
How to survive danganropa:
-Don't be a 'Worlds best X' in anything and just chill at home.
don't give up on unbeatable cases if you are the killer because you want the others to win
Hmm, Fangan ideas…
Chapter 1: Killer finds the victim annoying, so he douses her in gasoline and lights her on fire.
(The dorm’s owner was a girl, and the killer wanted to pin the blame on someone.)
Chapter 6: MC finds the mastermind. Need I say more?
0:46 wtf is this☠️☠️
The one that says lock ur door
2:59 If I was a Dangaronpa character I would put traps in my room lol
💀 don’t be a dang it roomba fan 💀
the fact that kokichi was put on the "don't be a villain" screen hurts-
Real debate here: Let's say somehow you manage to kill the Mastermind, (if you even know who it is) will you still get executed ?
Doesn't matter if everyone is running fast enough
Probably not in a standard game as the mastermind is dead and the killing game just... ends. In a game like V3, presumably someone else would get flashback lighted to be the new mastermind therefore you would be if you got caught.
Monokuma, if he can operate independently from the mastermind will probably take over, starting with avenging the mastermind
54 Just don't be the best at anything and them you don't become part of a killing game
Gotta love how it went from don't kill anyone to kill NOW
Now I want to know what happens if you bring a Death Note to Danganronpa and make the eye trade
The best way to survive danganronpa is to just lock yourself in your room
Hoard supplies at the beginning.
Set up a "safe zone."
Have them suspect nothing.
3:32 it’s really nice to see Monmmi and chiaki together:)
Thank you for this absolutely amazing video!
3:08 schools talking about depression after giving you 303271 assignments be like
My strategy would be to just board myself up and hope to get carried during the trials
"And so with that- Who the hell are you?"
"the 15th person, duh."
"But there was ONLY 15 of us here when it started- and if 1 person died-"
"uh-huh."
You forgot one thing: Have a weird antenna on your head (protagonists)
Step 54: WAKE UP TO REALITY *flashbang*
0:08 TINY FACED LEON
I love how any time I get back into Danganronpa I search these things up in case something like this does happen
54. be close to monokuma,
55. don't kill your self to make an unsolveable murder
@@Enity-qb4gp 1. Be on cleaning duty
2. Dispose the corpse in the trash
3. Done!
@@lunamariahawke9320 That is no good, it is too simple, when someone can’t be found, they will be assumed dead, when their corpse can’t be found, then the person on clean duty will be suspected first, hence this can’t be used. So yeah this idea is cool but manage to pull it off is very hard.
Another rule: Dont be filled up with too much hope like Nagito and Keebo
The way wolfgang jus pops outta nowhere 😭
To survive, don't be sensitive and have metaphysical talents (incl. ball-gaming, music, religious etc)
0:52 aint no way💀
As a danganronpa survivor, this helped alot!
As soon as I heard “don’t be depressed” I knew I wasn’t making it
"Don't be a Danganronpa fan"
Mission failed
Useless but alive :
Hiro
Aoi
Sonia
Kazuichi
Himiko
4:07
Guess this is where I die
So depressed the fandom is dying/nearly dead but this made me happy :)
i have not watched the video
i will call it now
all of v3's survival guide is just gonna be "dont listen to kokichi"
1:57 ACTUALLY do NOT make friends
explanation: making friends is a fish on a hook. you must remain silent and useless because if you make friends, you will become close, and if one or two or all of them die you will SLIGHTLY be giving yourself a motive to get revenge. youd start to become emotional and hysterical (which is common for a murdering game like this) and you become depressed and you want your friend to receive justice. believe me when i say there are people in the world who commit mass crimes just to avenge either their dead relative or just a stepped on cookie, if you dont believe me then start believing. if you took history classes you know in ancient times people started war and killed thousands just because their spouse or father or mother or whatever was important to them was killed like when xerxes I invaded ancient greece because his damn father died for trying to steal greece’s trade system. so at all chances you either stay silent and useless or be weird enough to get people away from you, even monokuma
-Lock your doors
-Barricade the doors
*Ibuki casually tearing through them*
I'd literally just hide in my room and only come out for food. They have built in bathrooms, so..why else could i possibly need to leave? I bet i could occupy myself until we get out. And if I'm useless, I'm a-shoe-in for surviving!!
Him:there are 53 ways to survive danganronpa
Me:and im not talented enough for any of them💀
54 : Be the main charactar because MAIN CHARACTER WAY GET SAVED BY PLOT ARMOR
“Don’t be depressed”
*Depression rates have gone lower by each year*
Thank you for the advice NPC.
1:27 i always laugh at”the duck” lol
(Btw I DIDNT swear i just use a different word)
Dang, I wish I knew this stuff beforehand
Basically, grab a metal pole, lock yourself in your room, and never be by yourself
Remember, if you want to survive the danganronpa, just don't go or don't sign up for it
I actually watched the whole video with no skipping, I hope when some random bear kidnaps me with some other people, these tips help so- slay
You forgot the most basic way to survive: be the protagonist (Kaede doesn't count)
Don't be a funny looking cartoon character who breaks the overall character design convention lol.
In the thumbnail: "don't be a snake"
Me who giggles like a snake: 🙂
i wanted to know how to survive danganronpa but youtube decided to give me a tesla ad
0. Find out whos the protag
The most smartest step which is more better than steps 1-53: Form a group and beat the shit out of Monokuma
Number 1 DONT MAKE FRIENDS
NUMBER 2 keep friends close BY
Number 3 DONT TRUST ANYBODY
NUMBER 4 Join a group and make friends
0:47 What if the Mastermind presents a Fake Motive, but doesn't tell anyone after the Blackened has been Executed from trying to kill someone thanks to that Motive?
Fun fact: the 54 way doesn't exist. The characters have accepted their fictional lives and... well, no more damn gamb roomba.
"Don't talk too much." I can just hear Kiyotaka:
"I don't know how you guessed the tracksuit was blue, but that doesn't mean you murdered Fujisaki, right!
00:40 more a 1 in 15 chance
54: Don't be a female protagonist.
Rule 54 don't go to mikan at 3am
