Larry H Miller Megaplex just announced their plans to bring a new luxury theater & bowling entertainment center that is set to go in Paseo. Hoping for other info soon!
Man you are waaaaaayyyy behind on other St George areas, namely exit 2/DC…. Costco, the worst kept secret in St George, is working out an easement arrangement with Moto Utnd. right off exit 2 and should be complete by fall of next year. In DC, Swig is set to open in less than 2 weeks. Panera Bread is now confirmed and the Larry H. Miller Megaplex/Bowling Alley/Arcade is set to break ground any day now. DC is working to bring in a PF Changs, potentially across from Big Shots. A Sinclair Mini-Mart Fuel Station is likely going in at the base of the off-ramp across from where the LHM Megaplex will be. A Black Rock Coffee shop is coming sometime next year.
Yep lots of things moving there and have been waiting on a few big pieces to be green lighted before I can post. I'll be back there soon. Trust me though i'm not behind and some of the things you mentioned aren't all the way there enough to put on video
I think it's possible that sometimes he might be aware of things that might/will/could happen but it's not 100% set in stone, so it wouldn't be fair to announce that because hed have to back-track if it's something that turns out either not to be true, maybe they didn't get funding, maybe they didn't get the right approvals, etc... and perhaps sometimes he is asked not to repeat confidential information until he gets permission, or perhaps wait until a certain date. Obviously there are other people in town who are "in the know" and might leak information before he does. He probably also doesn't want to break anyone's trust, otherwise they might not be willing to give him the info in the future to make these kinds of cool videos. You have to admit he puts a lot of effort into doing these videos, and I don't see anyone doing it better than he does. They are well put together, and he gets straight to the point. Also, I know we are all sick of hearing about new credit unions, car washes, and soda places being built on every single corner in Utah but it's not like he has a say or control over what's being built, but he might as well continue to announce them because let's face it, if it's being built close to your house, you and your neighbor's will be frequenting those businesses sooner or later.
Is anyone building a teen center of some kind in the St. George area? When I was growing up it was a place we could meet friends, play billiards, ping pong, and go swimming. Maybe even throw in a gym for working out.
What we don't need is a F ing car wash and a chicken wing shop. I want a Trader Joes. I am tired driving to Vegas, change the laws so they can sell wine because thats why they are not here.
3:11 like the modern architecture lil Palm Springs modern , and color so tired of the south west stacked fake stone boring south west beige that one sees every new design
Classic example of another Macrae "W". Love these vids.

Only thing I could thing of that would be similar would be the Washington city or St. George city Rec centers.
It’s FatCats going across from Lin’s, not Trader Joe’s. I know because my company sold the land to the developer who bought it and are building it now
Google maps said a KFC was where the new Starbucks is??? Weird

We're ok with some of the Palm Springs style as long as the Palm Springs politics stays in California
