i love rack systems i dont have one yet just want look at as many rack systems and listen to how people setup there racks but still im still not sure how humidity is varied between the different species e.g u may want a burmese at 55-60% but then a tiwanese blue beauty at 70-75% how could i gain that
i have animal plastics rack and have my helix set at 82-83 it has belly and back heat and the temp in the tub at the rear is 88-92 you would think it would be less than what you have it set at but its actually higher? who know i just found it interesting you have your set high and the temps in the tubs are lower which makes sense and mine is set lower and the temps in the tubs are higher? who know what a boner!!
?? why poor snakes? because of the tubs? snakes prefer small areas to make them feel safe. as long as they can stretch around the tank, they're good. they don't have to be Able to stretch out completely straight in one direction. if you put a snake (for sake of example, a ball python) in a very large tank or tub, and put a small hide inside in the corner, 90% of the time, they'll be in that little hide. they happy with small areas.
Very nice video Ralph!
Really appreciate to clear this common issue.

You say in video you like to keep tub temp between 89 to 92. Is this tub temp itself or the reading on top of substrate (newspaper/paper) in my case.
How much does everything cost?
The racks, the heat, everything.
how many breeder females do you have? after breeding about how many babies do you usually have? thanks ralphie boy!!
do you need a helix or can you use a cheaper thermostat
Where did you buy your racks at???
do you breed for a living is it a good job if ou do can you give me info pm me
Snakes need room to roam! Hides and loose substrate are for hiding!

Sorry, but i Just say what i think.
Is probably not so bad if I say that so. Yes they should at least be able to stretch. Is just my opinion.
