NOTE: THIS 2012 12HR OF SEBRING IN AMERICAN LEMANS SERIES TOOK PLACE 1 WEEK AFTER THE RELEASE OF AQOURS'S DEBUT MUSIC ALBUM BUNDLE OF STEP ZERO TO ONE AND AQOURS HEROES.
The only endurance race event where fia wec and imsa alms (predecessor of weathertech sportscar championship) come race each other on that same event at Sebring
Do any of the pre-2010 archives feature the ALMS Radio (i.e. John and Jeremy) on the audio feed? Or are the archives just the Speedvision/Speed/ESPN3 TV/online broadcasts?
That number 6 muscle milk car during the safety car just over 9 hours left during the pit stop they wanted, when they changed the tires, it looked like the tires were starting to lose more than their tread.
I was there in 65'. The competition was a little off with no Ferrari team and just two 289 cubic inch Ford GT's. The Hill, Ginther Ford GT went out early but the remaining car (Miles McLaren) wound up two laps down at the end. Jim Halls chevy power Chaparral's were just plain faster than anyone else. The rain was a disaster for everyone. 1964 and 1966 were great but not as much in 65'
not nearly as much as one would think, but pretty healthy depending on sponsorship and what type of driving they're doing (ie- pro driver/factory driver vs gentleman drivers that arrive and drive)
How 'bout real-world in-car footage of a lap of the place, instead of the pointless video game shots of him driving off line and off the road at the first corner...?
the opening of this broadcast gives me the chills every time i watch it! I miss the ALMS so much.
First ever race for the WEC
kriswascher97 and last race for them.
untill next year
second race in 2019
Jason Lam GT180 EVO How was it the last
Indy GT he means that they weren’t racing at Sebring at that point, until they started coming back a few years ago now
Yes. We are working on compressing the video to file sizes accepted by UA-cam. 12 Hours of video takes time to compress. We will have it up soon.
Yes, we are in the process of uploading most of our archives. Keep in mind this is a very time consuming process.
Thanks for doing that. Sebring is definitely my favorite track and this is great for people (like me) who don't have cable tv.
Got to love the Audi R18 E Tron Quattro.
We miss you Audi.
We have them in our archives. We are in the process of digitizing most of the tapes. Any races that you are looking for in particular?
thanks very much ALMS for the upload

Sebring is back to the WEC in 2019
Look how awesome this era of american sportscar racing was. I am really not sure on this TUDOR championship, especially the commentary. R.I.P ALMS.
The only endurance race event where fia wec and imsa alms (predecessor of weathertech sportscar championship) come race each other on that same event at Sebring
It makes me wonder who were the official race director in this race, the FIA WEC or IMSA ALMS
wow this seems like alot more than 8 years ago...I almost forgot about Audi at Sebring
THanks for HD

2007 Sebring 12 Hour!
You mentioned digitizing archives, does this mean that you intend on uploading all/most of the archives?
Are you guys going to put up this year's Sebring 12 hour?

15:31 RIP
How much does a driver usual make per race?
not nearly as much as one would think, but pretty healthy depending on sponsorship and what type of driving they're doing (ie- pro driver/factory driver vs gentleman drivers that arrive and drive)
Drivers are paid per season, not per race. And quite a few drivers fund the cars they run in, so aren't paid whatsoever.
