Thanks for the consistent high quality uploads, you guys always tend to hold these things on days I'm at work and it's nice to be able to come home and catch up from the beginning. TUSCC rocks!
0:54:57 - I love it when the crews start taking body panels off the car. I love seeing the internals of the car, the orientation of the radiator, and especially the geometry of the suspension and it's components, and imagining how it all moves, flexes and rebounds, and otherwise functions inside the car as the vehicle circulates a lap.
WOW!! I am SOOO glad I found this channel! Subscribed immediately! I've been looking for a place to watch some good racing and I've found one!! Thank you for the work and effort you guys put into uploading this, I'm sure any automotive enthusiast truly appreciates it. That said, I wish I knew about this sooner, perhaps some promotion of your digital content is in order, as I did manage to find this channel on a fluke, and it shouldn't have to be that way!
Dear Tudor, I just want to tell everyone thank you, first class all the way, each and every company should learn from your example, it's not about them or their greedy corporate sponsors it's about the fans and the racing.
Watching live is obviously best, but the temptation to hold off in future for this level of viewing quality over the online stream is huge! Avoiding the race results might not be as easy, though...
I'm surprised how long the commentators debated on what happened in Odwaldo's crash. I knew from the first replay they showed. He clipped the curb hard on the left, which sent the car in the air spinning left. He did his best to correct the spin, but ended up over-correcting when the front tires finally gripped, spinning him the opposite direction. Under the circumstances there's nothing he could've done to save that. (Short of praying and trusting his luck.) I'm sure a lot of other people noticed it on the first viewing too. Yay they finally came to that conclusion! Took them long enough!
Great work on the upload and hoping for a great year ahead. As the class rules finally get a little more sturdy beginning in 2016, hopefully the grid counts hold up through the middle of the year until COTA and Petit. I think they should add the PC class to the race at Long Beach as otherwise it will be embarrassing to send any of the PWC competitors home with low TUDOR counts. Now that the PC cars have more power they were clearly out of the way at Sebring. Class balance looks more like the ALMS days now.
leylandcarsloverslea True that, but they've already proved they have speed. The difference is, it's more fragile, so a bumpy track like Sebring suits it quite poorly.
leylandcarsloverslea Deltawing reminds me what LMP racing was like late 1990s into the early 2000s when endurance racing was more about keeping your car from falling apart. Nowadays most of the teams have Prototype cars that can easily last 12-24 hours as long as they stay out of wrecks. I still hate the Deltawings appearance, its ugly.
mafiabrett The thing looks like a giant penis, and honestly if it worked and all the prototypes started looking like penises I would find it harder to take seriously.
I asked this after Petit last year and I'll ask again. Can we get the upload for the two hour broadcast you showed the next day? Watching the whole race again is nice, but a highlight version is great as well. The SRO did that with the 24 hours of spa and I've watched that 3 or 4 times.
Unfortunately that won't happen. They are trying to make a Prototype that runs off of what is basically a modified to hell street engine. That's a great plan for a GT class, but Prototypes are too fast of machines to try beating them with experimental designs. New rules and regs in 2017 will come before a competitive Skyactiv team ever does.
I'd much rather watch the racing as opposed to watching people sitting around the table gushing praise on everyone in sight. Thank God for the fast forward function.
Daytona Prototypes are racing alongside the LMP2s in the P class. I'm not aware of any teams that run Grand Am spec GTs. GTD consists of only GT3 and Porsche 911 GT America cars iirc.
this track 'never changes' and i cant see a plus for that. It looks like being only 'repaired' over these decades, and when i say repaired, i mean on a budget. It looks like a parking yard
smasila I wonder that also, legendary tracks needs better maintainance. Monza is legendary, Silverstone is legendary, but they are updated every 5-10 years
+kapiniuzertva I think that is part of the allure of the track. Rough, beat up, and old. It makes it unique amongst intentional circuits. If they repaved it, it would be ruined.
i still find bathurst tougher there are so many blind turns on it and the great incline and declines make grip and turning a real problem with some really narrow points. Just my opinion when i drive both of them I find Nurburgring isn't tough it's just a lot to memorize to make sure you are driving the line and driving smoothly but bathurst in my eyes requires much more skill to drive the line and drive smoothly. I know most people disagree but like i Said Nurburgring's challenge to me was just memorizing an extremely long course but if you've driven any rally games you'll see many of the courses are really long and you get use to memorizing them
i agree that there are tougher races than leman but i don't agree with the fact that Sebring is the toughest race in the world. The dakar rally is tougher in every aspect than the Sebring 12hr
I don't understand why europeans are so negative, just enjoy the motorsports. Stop trying to be relevant in the world no one cares we just wanna watch racing!
Why spend all the money on racing tracks like Sebring and the chassis and engines and race cars when all motorheads like that has-been driver commentator needs is noise? Be a lot cheaper to hold the Grand Prix of Stereo with sound stages and massive towers of loudspeakers and amplifiers going at it head-to-head to see if you can drown the other out with the noise of screeching tires, engines thundering and great sound of cars crashing and drivers screaming in pain. I love the brainlessness of Yankee racing fans and the endless drivel of the TV network has-been and never-was commentators. Bah!! Give me European racing every time.
+Thomas Nixon agreed man. But its just a different type of racing. I like american racing as much as european. European racing is more technical and requires drivers to think and plan and organize much more. While american racing is more about it being a show for the public and the excitement you get going in an oval just battling with slipstreams and taking turns correctly. Its just different. in the end i just prefer technical racing over most ovals or fast tracks but thats my preference i don't think we need to bring someones country into this its racing my friend it will always be good no matter if they race lawn mowers or space ships to me
what????? As european as US car racing gets? you are talking of one continent and another and a race track that's in north america? No it isn't Sebring is american and thats how it is? just because of who races it doens't make something from another continent? Where does that logic fit in?
I watched it live but was waiting for this upload... Watching it once is never enough... Thanks

Thanks for the Upload guys, watched most of the race live but missed the start

Thanks for uploading this, enjoying the race so far!
Dear Tudor,
I just want to tell everyone thank you, first class all the way, each and every company should learn from your example, it's not about them or their greedy corporate sponsors it's about the fans and the racing.
Great to have a full hd coverage of the race
Watching live is obviously best, but the temptation to hold off in future for this level of viewing quality over the online stream is huge! Avoiding the race results might not be as easy, though...
Hey, good racing is good racing regardless whether you know who will win or not.
Thank you! especially for the 60hz.
Thanks for the great coverage!
60Hz. Very nice. Thanks for the Uploads!
This is a great historic race , great to be able to see the race biach'
THANKS A LOT for this!!!!

Indarog
They got 12 hrs to kill.
Next can you upload the IMSA.com stream so we can see the whole race. It's a lot better then the fox broadcast.
Thanks for the upload..
Again Thank you so much for this, being able to watch the series, makes me very happy. Tuhumbs up.
Still would like to know what that theme song is.
You guys are fucking amazing for uploading this and in 60fps!!
You have made a fan this day! Keep up the good work.
DaFunk I agree. It is amazing quality.
Thanks finally but should also upload the Radio Le Mans internet stream as well
aburrows2008 I
lets make 2016 the best 12 hours of Sebring yet motorsports enthusiasts
Thank you very much!!!

They keep developing the Deltawing but it always seems to have problems.

Thanks, but I really would rather watch the IMSA radio stream with the Radio le mans folks.
say what you like about Americans, those guys know how to make television look good...
Seems the Skyactiv is more towards LMPC in speed. I hope they get that thing up to spec with the other P2 cars.

Bathurst is the best race course in the world 😎
Thanks for the upload. That's it. No b*ctching about broadcasters from me.

smasila

ENDURANCE:
-WEC
-ELMS
-IMSA SPORT CAR
-ASIAN LMS
swap ELMS with IMSA and you are good
Yes. This is good idea.
Wish a mclaren will be entered
sorry leman apparently 12 hours of Sebring is tougher than you :(
+Alpha elephant not really. but 12 hours of bathurst is tougher than both of them for sure
+quachimba 24 Hours of Nürburgring is tougher
i still find bathurst tougher there are so many blind turns on it and the great incline and declines make grip and turning a real problem with some really narrow points.
