@@DLTRJACOB Do you trust yourself? Do you have a history of reading other people accurately? Any relationship in life is a risk, you have to stop and take a look at how you feel about her. Do you want to date her and are you willing to take the chance? Break it down into steps, figure that part out, when you've decided, take steps to see if she likes you as well. If you feel that she does, work out how to ask her out. Don't go from friends to dating all of a sudden, it's not one step, but many, many small steps leading towards it, in many cases.
Good question, and a hard one to answer because a lot of it depends on what you are like... My best friend is 51, and his girlfriend is 24, but he is very young in his lifestyle - He has no familiy or ex-wife, he travels a lot, stays very fit and healthy, goes to burning man every year etc. So it's not so extreme as it sounds. But 27 years would be approaching the upper limit in most circumstances.
Why should it be an indicator of no interest if she looks away from me horizontally? I don't get that point. I think it could be a sign of shyness as well.
So body language is rarely a 100% thing, BUT as a general 80% rule, if a girl is regularly looking away from you because she's shy she'll tend to glance away and down. If a girl is regularly looking away at horizon level, it's because she's disinterested. AS an experiment for yourself, observe where your eyes want to go next time you're talking to someone in a situation where you feel shy. You'll find them consistently wanting to away and down, or straight down.

Occasionally, she will glance at me and I would glance back and she would just pretend to look away even though I saw her looking at me. Well here's the thing bud... She might reject you... OR maybe she's telling you she turned down these boys so you would know that she's available? The fact she shares lots of personal stuff with you when you are alone could be because she wants to get close to you. BUT the thing is that guys who never TRY, will ALWAYS fail. If you want something in life, you can't be afraid to ask for it. Sometimes you'll get rejected and sometimes you won't. But to be successful in anything in life you have to be willing to try and fail.

Not change who you are, but change by growing further into the man you want and need to become. I can't say what that is for you personally. I can't read the eye contact because unless I know someone well enough then I dont look in someone's eyes like 99% of the time. I do think that I've seen head tilt before so that's good I guess. So eye contact is something you're definitely going to need to work on - You can start slowly, but it's going to be really important for you. Use this basic rule - When you are talking to someoen, make really good eye contact, when they are talking to you, feel free to break eye contact regularly. But yeah you need to slowly ramp that up - And how would you konw if you're rejecting someone without knowing.. Mos tof the time you won't. But if you never make clear to a girl that you like her, then odds are you've rejected girls before without realising.

So I can't claim to be as much of an expert here because this is a girl's body language toward a girl - This is more tricky in my mind because women in general (whether gay or heterosexual) are generally more affectionate with each other, than girls are with guys. There's certainly no harm in asking about her boyfriend - if she isn't seeing him anymore, she'll tell you, but simply asking how he's doing isn't going to tip her off that you like her. As for if she actually likes you - Try to get her out wiht you alone, to coffee or something. If she enjoys getting out wiht you alone... Then sometimes the only way to know is to ask. If you don't ask, then you risk never knowing because you're trying to avoid rejection... From where I'm sitting, that's a terrible way to decide to live your life. Well a lot there depends on her age etc - If a woman over 20 gives me all these signs that she's into me, but simultaneously tells me she's not looking for a relationship, it can mean that she wants something more casual. Ultimately though, I can't tell you if you're reading her body language well, but the advice I give to all my clients is when it comes to humans, value the body language higher than the words. (Which is not another way of saying 'no means yes' - no should aywas mean no at least for that specific moment in time) Humans regularly say things that are contrary to what they actually feel for a myriad of reasons. It will only be awkward in the house if you behave awkwardly after she turns you down (if she does). If you let her know you like her and she doesn't like you back, and the next day you go on life as usual being friendly to her as though nothing had happened, things WILL go back to normal very quickly.

Meh, I don't know. I don't think these signs can be reliable. I was talking with this chick and she for the most part gave me all these signs that she was "into" me. We had a great conversation and everything with her smiling and laughing, all that good shit. The next day I see her and say hi, she gives me a monotone "hey" and just walks off like not giving a shit without a single word afterwards. I was just like da fuck? Ugh whatever. Hey man sorry to hear you had that frustration... Couple of things for you to consider here. Firstly, just becaues she shows disinterest the next day, that doesn't really give you much insight. You really need to then ask what causes that bipolarity? It's not normal human behaviour to treat people alternately like we like, then don't care about them. So if this happens all the time, then you are faced with two options. 1) You are doing something to cause this erraticness in normal girls that you haven't worked out yet. 2) You currently pick a certain type of woman who is likely to do this - A bit like how some women always manage to pick emotionally unavailable men. Sometimes we have a pattern of choosing terrible options. For example, I used to always choose emotionally messed up women. No idea at the time how I managed to always pick the ones with SERIOUS baggage, but I did. It was easy to assume all women were this crazy, but in reality I was self-selecting the unbalanced ones. I can't tell you which it is, but whenever you get CONSISTENT unusual behaviour then there's a piece of the puzzle missing.
+SchoolOfAttraction Yeah sometimes this gets really frustrating and ends up putting me in a pissed mood which probably reflects on other women. Sucks too since when we started talking I felt that we had a lot in common and it was just great talking with her. So body language is rarely a 100% thing, BUT as a general 80% rule, if a girl is regularly looking away from you because she's shy she'll tend to glance away and down. If a girl is regularly looking away at horizon level, it's because she's disinterested.
AS an experiment for yourself, observe where your eyes want to go next time you're talking to someone in a situation where you feel shy. You'll find them consistently wanting to away and down, or straight down.

SchoolOfAttraction Well, in school she seems to be talking to other guys. Occasionally, she will glance at me and I would glance back and she would just pretend to look away even though I saw her looking at me. If I was the one looking at her, she would give me the "what" face and hand sign. In school, I would talk to her 2-3 times a day... usually during weekends we would study together, like just the 2 of us. Well tbh, she's really vulgar as a girl and yes I would say she's pretty and hardworking in her studies. It's just her attitude lol.

Well here's the thing bud... She might reject you... OR maybe she's telling you she turned down these boys so you would know that she's available? The fact she shares lots of personal stuff with you when you are alone could be because she wants to get close to you. BUT the thing is that guys who never TRY, will ALWAYS fail. So eye contact is something you're definitely going to need to work on - You can start slowly, but it's going to be really important for you. Use this basic rule - When you are talking to someoen, make really good eye contact, when they are talking to you, feel free to break eye contact regularly. But yeah you need to slowly ramp that up - And how would you konw if you're rejecting someone without knowing.. Mos tof the time you won't. But if you never make clear to a girl that you like her, then odds are you've rejected girls before without realising.

So I can't claim to be as much of an expert here because this is a girl's body language toward a girl - This is more tricky in my mind because women in general (whether gay or heterosexual) are generally more affectionate with each other, than girls are with guys. However the one thing I've learned is that we all need to train our gut instinct because most people have a decent gut instinct about these things but haven't learned to trust it. The fact that she does things around you she wouldn't do around other women is an important sign. There's certainly no harm in asking about her boyfriend - if she isn't seeing him anymore, she'll tell you, but simply asking how he's doing isn't going to tip her off that you like her. As for if she actually likes you - Try to get her out wiht you alone, to coffee or something. If she enjoys getting out wiht you alone... Then sometimes the only way to know is to ask. If you don't ask, then you risk never knowing because you're trying to avoid rejection... From where I'm sitting, that's a terrible way to decide to live your life. Nobody ever accomplished anything great without getting rejected plenty of the time.

Well a lot there depends on her age etc - If a woman over 20 gives me all these signs that she's into me, but simultaneously tells me she's not looking for a relationship, it can mean that she wants something more casual. Ultimately though, I can't tell you if you're reading her body language well, but the advice I give to all my clients is when it comes to humans, value the body language higher than the words. (Which is not another way of saying 'no means yes' - no should aywas mean no at least for that specific moment in time) Humans regularly say things that are contrary to what they actually feel for a myriad of reasons. So you could be reading her body wrongly - OR you could be reading it correctly aka she DOES like you but also thinks she SHOULD stay single right now - LIke.. you SHOULDN'T buy a new phone, or SHOULDN'T get that flashy car... Hey Beka, sorry for the tough situation. Life will be full of situations where it's scary to make your thoughts clear. But I'll tell you this. It will only be awkward in the house if you behave awkwardly after she turns you down (if she does). If you let her know you like her and she doesn't like you back, and the next day you go on life as usual being friendly to her as though nothing had happened, things WILL go back to normal very quickly.

Meh, I don't know. I don't think these signs can be reliable. I was talking with this chick and she for the most part gave me all these signs that she was "into" me. We had a great conversation and everything with her smiling and laughing, all that good shit. The next day I see her and say hi, she gives me a monotone "hey" and just walks off like not giving a shit without a single word afterwards. I was just like da fuck? Ugh whatever. Wasn't the first time either.
Hey man sorry to hear you had that frustration... Couple of things for you to consider here.
Firstly, just becaues she shows disinterest the next day, that doesn't really give you much insight. You really need to then ask what causes that bipolarity? It's not normal human behaviour to treat people alternately like we like, then don't care about them.
So if this happens all the time, then you are faced with two options.
1) You are doing something to cause this erraticness in normal girls that you haven't worked out yet.
2) You currently pick a certain type of woman who is likely to do this - A bit like how some women always manage to pick emotionally unavailable men. Sometimes we have a pattern of choosing terrible options.
For example, I used to always choose emotionally messed up women. No idea at the time how I managed to always pick the ones with SERIOUS baggage, but I did. It was easy to assume all women were this crazy, but in reality I was self-selecting the unbalanced ones.
I can't tell you which it is, but whenever you get CONSISTENT unusual behaviour then there's a piece of the puzzle missing.

Sucks too since when we started talking I felt that we had a lot in common and it was just great talking with her.
